This particular Home Depot is like a Home to me. Everyone is awesome, particularly in the rental department, and the flooring section. But, always a good experience when I shop there. Which, bye the way is almost on a daily basis. Employees know me by name.

David was a great help in getting the aerator and trailer reserved. Easy process to rent and plenty of great tools for your lawn.

These associates were extremely helpful. I needed to rent a specific tool and they had exactly what I needed.

The guys working were absolutely amazing. Big help!

Cheaper than most

It was a decent place to rent tools. The one thing that I do think is right is Home Depot has changed their policy on using a cash app card or a Venmo card to place your deposit. Everyone else except these cards just like a unsecured master or Visa cards. They don't have a issue accepting them in the store. So what is the problem with accepting them in the tool rental they used to. I could maybe see not accepting them from new customers, but I have probably rented more than a dozen times from HD and used Venmo or cash app several of those times. It wasn't until here recently that there was an issue with my form of payment.

The big kid from rental tools department was extremely rude, very poor service from this worker , someone needs to teach him how to treat the costumers better,
I highly recommend all the contractors to go to Lowe’s they treat the costumers better!!!

If you don't have a credit card on you, you can't rent anything. Cash means nothing here. Pressure washers only come with one tip because, as the desk clerk claims' "you'll blow off a foot". That's coming from a rental department that will rent a skid steer to someone with no experience. Brilliant
