Came home to my mudroom ceiling flooded after about 3 months of use of a faucet I purchased. They claimed that the faucets can't randomly start leaking??? Makes no sense to me things can fail. Customer service has been AWFUL and Ron Robey is beyond difficult to get ahold of and never calls back or responds to emails. This product has ruined my ceiling and I have two of these faucets and now this faucet I have is discontinued so in order for my double sink to look matching I have to replace BOTH of them. I would NOT recommend this product due to the poor customer service and quality of the products.

I came home to a fountain in my basement. This garbage from Compass Manufacturing International burst and was less then a month old. Flooded my newly remodeled family room. Do not buy the Chinese crap from this company. BUYER BEWARE

There is no manufacturing facility in KY. Products are made in Vietnam and warehoused in KY, then drop-shipped when HD or others get your order.
I sent a product inquiry via their website to place an order because HD did not carry the model I wanted to buy. No reply for 10 days. I called their toll free number and was told I could not order from them directly, the woman was dismissive, told me I "don't understand the industry" and even hung up on me! How rude!

Purchased a kitchen sink faucet worked as it should for about a year then the seal burst inside handle causing it to leak all over the place called for a warranty was emailing back and forth supposebly sent a replacement and i received nothing i replied they said they would look into it i shouldve received it, another 2 weeks go by they said they had part back ordered so i got alot of run arounds lifetime warranty is a scam there is no warranty, purchase one worth a little more money but takes care of their customers its been since late december im still trying to get my product exchanged or receive a credit like they said so far nothing has happened im stuck with bad product and new same brand one but believe me last time i purchase this garbage product and customer service.

So slowly workers spend more 3 hours for loaded
