Chateau Country Inn

If you're looking for a quaint place to stay a nice romantic getaway or just getting away I highly recommend this place. The staff were extremely friendly and wonderful people The service was outstanding they offer Continental breakfast in the morning which is nice and hot. You're not far from Cape Vincent You're not far from Alexandra Bay.

My husband and I spent a long weekend in the suite. The room was clean and nicely decorated. We had a nice view of the river from the deck. The kitchen was equipped with a full size refrigerator and stove with oven. It was also stocked with k-cups, tea, breakfast foods for the weekend. The staff was friendly and attentive. A boat ride was included with our stay. We look forward to staying here again.

Great place to stay on the budget. Rooms are nice and breakfast was great.

We truly enjoyed our time at the Inn. We stayed on the 3rd floor with a balcony . The room was very very nice. It was basically like a large studio apartment. We had a sliding door to the balcony , a living room ,dining room, kitchen,bedroom,and bathroom. It was stocked with muffins,cereal, Keurig cups, and coffee makers,milk, juices, other. The ceiling is low but fine unless your 6.5. A couch, a recliner. Etc. Highly recommend this place at least our room. #5. We will go back.

One of the best hotels / bed-and-breakfast I have ever been to. I wish I had a chance to write inside of the journal at the end of our stay but we were in a rush and I did not have time. Will be returning next year. Thank you!

A unique, charming place to stay in 1000 Islands! No curb appeal but who needs that? Lovely, clean, comfortable rooms. Use of well stocked kitchen. Very reasonably priced too.

We stayed in Room 5 on the top floor. This room has a nice balcony overlooking the Saint Lawrence River. This was an enjoyable place to sit. This room also has a small sitting room, kitchen, and dining area. We enjoyed our stay. The room was very functional for us although it could be a aesthetically updated. Breakfast was sufficient consisting of cereal, fruit, muffins, toast, yogurt, and orange juice. It was a "help yourself" set up.

It's also a good location halfway between Alexandria Bay and Cape Vincent. We received a free boat ride to an Island Lighthouse in the river for staying more than two nights. Other boat rides leave right behind the Inn for river tours such as to Boldt Castle.

Beth was super helpful in booking the room for us, and so sweet when we met in person. The room was clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was stocked with breakfast (muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, milk). I'm actually looking forward to booking again next summer.

My husband and I got 6 nights here, and did the boat tour with my whole family. Everything is phenomenal. Price, staff, rooms, tour, even the bed was just perfect. Drove from Arizona and this was worth it!

Loved staying here! Friendly staff and very quaint house. Beautiful views of the water. If you stay 2 nights you get a free Clayton island boat tour. Definitely worth it!

Beautiful great views of the st.lawrence jut keep eyes open for 1000 Island cruises and a smaller sign that says chateau inn room is great totally fantastic 😀
