I scheduled an appointment in the service department to have new brake pads installed on my 2015 Vaquero. I arrived a little before 10:00 am and they checked me in promptly. I waited in the show room floor visitors area. I looked at a new Indian Springfield. The sales lady had greeted me when I first arrived. Her name is Helene. She came over as I was sitting on the motorcycle. She was very knowledgeable and offered to let me take a test ride. I had already rode one during your Demo Days. She gave me her card. My motorcycle was finished in about an hour and a half. The guy who worked on my bike even gave it a quick wash. Overall I was Very Impressed by the whole staff. Excellent Customer Service!

The team at McGrath Powersports made the whole buying experiences worth while. It was literally entertaining and enlightening all at the same time. They were so patient and understandable and made the whole experience way better than I could’ve asked for. BIG shout out to John Shaffer, you couldn’t ask for a better sales guy. Absolutely respectful and didn’t push you into something you didn’t want. He was great to work with and highly recommend. Happy to have done business with this team and enjoying my first bike purchase an R3. We will be coming back to buy more.

I am very happy with the bike I purchased and I plan on riding it for some time. However this is more so the fact McGrath had a very good selection and staff team. Even with staff on vacation they made everything work, I would like to thank Ruger for doing a great job with information and hospitality. Keep up the good work McGrath!!

Overall excellent experience! I called in originally and spoke to Sterling, the GSM because all the salespeople were busy. I gave him all the information on my trade and he called me back promptly with a fair value. When I stopped in, Sterling wasn’t available so I was greeted by Zach a salesperson who showed me a used bike that had just arrived. After leaving, I decided to move forward with the bike and met with Zach the following day to purchase. Everyone I met including Nick the finance manager were extremely friendly and professional. I’d highly recommend Zach to anyone looking to purchase a new or used motorcycle or ATV. Thanks for the great service and professional and courteous attitude!

Was the easiest most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing anything. Not only did they give me a great deal, they did it extremely fast so that I could get to a school event for my daughter. Shoutout to Brandon in sales, Hunter in finance and street er the deal maker!!!

Helene, John, and nick went above and beyond for me today. I cannot believe the dedication they have for their customers. They all worked great as a team and made my dreams come true today. Excellent service. Great experience from the guy who picked up my motorcycle to everyone inside while waiting for bike to get done. The technician was great and really took care of my bike. The service team was excellent and kept me informed. Definitely will be back.

Great experience at McGrath Powersports. Worked with John in sales to purchase a new bike and he did an excellent job. I contacted McGrath about a week ahead of stopping in to look at a bike and they had everything ready and waiting for me to arrive. The sales, negotiation and paperwork all went smoothly and I was very happy with the experience.

Just left McGrath Powersports with my brand new (To me) 2020 Yamaha MT-10. Blake and the rest of the staff made made what is normally very stressful into a super fun and memorable experience. They were all very patient with me even though I had it on hold for a week. I was treated like family and there’s nothing but good things to say. Therefore they deserve all 5 stars and I will be shopping with McGrath in the future!

Matt welcomed me within a minute or so of my walking around and was great to talk/work with. Walked around with me for quite awhile, talked bikes for at least 30 minutes and sat on probably 10 bikes total.. I also wanted a bike that was pulled from the floor and he took me on a scavenger hunt anyway to find it in the back so I could atleast get my eyes on it. I appreciate your time!!! Charlie over at accessories was crazy cool. Took his time with me and made me feel like one of his long time buddies in minutes. Left with a sick helmet.. I’d definitely shop here again.

I purchased a new 2023 Indian Springfield Darkhorse. The bike had an issue from the factory but the team at McGrath worked to repair it as quickly as possible and get me my new ride - even delivered it to Davenport for me! Huge shoutout to Sam in service and Helene in sales - and the entire staff there. Thank you.

The customer service is excellent. They really went the extra mile with me regarding my back rest, extended warranty. They did not just do the standard but exceeded it. That is customer service and they will retain customers including this one.

10 out of 10 would recommend! John, Helene, and Nick made buying my first bike the best experience ever. They were attentive, friendly, understanding of what I was saying, and never tried to push me into anything I didn’t want.

I have been in this dealer several times over the years. Each time the experience is consistent. Not pushy like most dealers but rather patient, understanding and willing to just chat about motorcycles even if you're just wandering around aimlessly. Great service and gear departments too. Just bought a Yamaha Tenere 700 and it was a great experience. Thanks to John, Brandon, Streeter, Hunter, and Noah for all your help in making this as smooth of a transaction as possible. Ride safe!

Just bought a 2016 Harley Davidson Roadster from McGrath. Ethan and John are top notch guys to go see for all or your power sport needs. They were very helpful. Ethan even held my 4 year olds hand while I took the bike for a ride! What a great group, made us feel very welcome and did everything possible to get the deal done.
