P4 Physical Therapy

I have never thought I had to do physical therapy a day in my lifetime but I would say it is worth every penny, dime, quarter, nickel etc...Katie and her assistants are fantastic and I really do believe they both have the gift in healing patients and making them feel better because the exercises they come up with are priceless. The atmosphere is great and they care to listen to every aspect of your problem areas and provides the best service to get you back on the right path without rushing you. Since I have been doing physical therapy here it is taking some time for me but I am improving my conditions at each and every visit. The best experience of all is the heating pad that they allow you to have for 15 minutes towards the end of every session which has been helpful towards my tight, tender and sore muscles. Thank you guys for all your support.

Highly impressed with the therapy and treatment I received. You were never talked down to, everything was always positive, but, best of all, the treatments worked. Kate has an extensive knowledge of what her patients need and she's able to explain everything in simple easy to learn directions. I loved this whole office staff. I think they all honestly care about you. I'm impressed enough, if I need therapy again, I'd drive the extra 30 minutes to use P4 Therapy Decatur, AL.

Kate and Tsianinia are both amazing! I have been to physical therapy several times for my knee and hip and have never been able to really get any help, but I am doing great now after years of struggling with this. I love the atmosphere there and how you get more one on one compared to other places that have 4+ patients to a therapist.

It was a delightful several weeks. Never had PT before so I didn’t know what to expect. Staff was always friendly and cheerful and put my comfort foremost. Feel like i made real progress with my condition and I would recommend their services to anyone who needs assistance with their problems. Facility was always immaculately clean and equipment clean and in good repair. Both therapists were very professional and knowledgeable of their field.

I highly recommend P4. The staff exceeded my expectations over and over. They were thorough yet kind. I looked forward to going! If you are needing physical therapy, choose P4. You will not regret it.

These ladies are awesome! Caring, professionals! They take their time with each patient. They don't try to rush you! I'm so glad I went to p4 therapy! My k ee and shoulder, hasn't felt this good in year's! Thanks ladies! I highly recommend them!

Dr. Graham is awesome. Very thorough and listen to me about all my issues after my car accident. Treatment has already been so beneficial. I definitely recommend this place.

The staff at P4 Physical Therapy are extremely knowledgeable and it’s a real work out. I’m doing core strengthening and today I feel like I had a workout. I can’t say enough about their expertise and their staff can’t be beat.

The staff ant P4 are caring, truly listen, and create a tailored treatment plan for each patient. They each help their patients with compassion, helping them get stronger.

She is good she listened to me about how my pain was affecting me and my activities. She took her time with me to figure out exactly how she could best fix the problem and explained everything to put me at ease, it's gonna take some time but I'm confident she gonna get the job done. She makes sure you are comfortable at all times . I recommend to anyone . Can't wait to tackle this again tomorrow.
Y'all after a few Apts with Kate , she made a decision to stop my therapy and referred me to someone she trusted to have a second opinion for my shoulder pain. I can not Thank her enough ! My pain in my shoulder is caused by my neck. It requires a surgery because the disc's are gone in 3 places, but afterwards I will be returning to Kate for my therapy.
Kate, saying thank you just doesn't feel big enough for an expression of gratitude that I feel 😊 you impacted so many things in my life , a waterfall of changes, from pain, depression, worthlessness and just life activity we take for granted.
