I had an online order for drive-through however went inside for service. The host was very pleasant, kind, and reassuring of the service change. The atmosphere was positive and morale seemed positive. My scone was perfectly warmed and espresso was perfect. Definitely recommend!

I ended up getting the wrong sandwich and it was 100% my fault for not looking at the screen to confirm my order or checking the bag until I got home. Not only did they give me the correct sandwich on my next visit on them, but they covered my drink I ordered as well. Their customer service was top tier and they were positive with no attitude’s towards my mistake.

My favorite Starbucks, the staff is awesome and consistent w great customer service. Denise, Felicia (she spells it differently, a cooler way 😎) and Johnathan always go above and beyond for customers with an infectious positive attitude. The products are great but the staff at this location make it so much better.

I recently visited my local Starbucks for a meeting and while I was there had the pleasure of interacting with Jazz, one of the baristas. She was upbeat, welcoming, and very accommodating when I realized I made a mistake during my order! If any managers are reading this, please know you have a wonderful member of your team. Thanks for the great experience!

Clean and friendly staff. Music was a bit loud for having an quiet conversation but still a good time.
Today's visit was great. I mistakenly translated my shy daughters cold drink request and when we got a hot drink I went up to reorder it and they made it free of charge.

I absolutely love Ms.Destiny & Ms.Phylicia. They always get my order right or add a twist of their own to my drink and it's always a hit. Thank you ladies for your generosity and kind words. Your big smiles are contagious!

This is the best Starbucks in Delaware. This starbucks has a group of people who prioritize customer service and care about the coffee business. My girl Prsylla always makes my day before it even starts. The entire morning crew is so fun and polite. My order is always correct, my coffee is made right and my double smoked bacon sandwich is always cooked right. Never disappointed when I come here!!!!

Ordered the wrong thing and they were so accommodating and quickly got me the right drink. Staff is always so friendly and it’s clear they create a great environment. I am not sure if you can call corporate Starbucks and let them know how great this place is doing, but I would. Thanks for making my mornings brighter with your positive spirits and friendly attitudes.

The staff is always friendly and courteous. They know their regular customers and have great interaction with them.

Stopped for a coffee with the hubby, bought some cups that were on sale, and loved these reusable color changing cups 🥤

Love the place but hate that they see the customer at the register and won’t acknowledge them to even say be right with you. They focus just on the drive thru and once the cars are served only then will the customers inside be acknowledged.

Good coffee choices, Frappuccino is definitely one of the best offerings they serve. Good sandwiches too!

Today I went to this location to eat my lunch and grab a coffee. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even offering a free sample of a brownie to myself and other customers. I wish I got their names to give them a shout out. It was appreciated

I always come by before work and even on my days off , and today I came to get my regular salted caramel cream cold brew & I feel like I’m always extra with how I like my drink. But today, I had the best drink so far, it was the same drink but made so good and with so much love . Will forever be my favorite Starbucks.

Spending three days in bed and an emergency doctors appointment for my Chronic illness, who knew a cup of coffee could make my day so wonderful! It was more than a cup of coffee it was the joy and laughter from the Smyrna team Starbucks, the understanding in the kind nature laughter of Kris who made my Java chip so special, and took such amazing care of me, it literally brought tears to my eyes. The atmosphere alone is enough to calm you, and when I walked in you can tell how great of a team they are here! If I lived any closer I would be there everyday because I think with a smile like that from everyone there especially Kris, no matter what’s in my cup could cure any of my illnesses for the day! #ashleyspecial amazing until the last drop! ❤ And if I could give more than five stars I would give 1 million. I am so pleased that we have a Smyrna Starbucks. The experience inside the store was awesome. If im not mistaken the cashier name Phylicia was very pleasant. She greeted me once I entered through the doors. She was very friendly, and took my order and repeated it back to me. She has a good spirit in general. Heather is awesome as well she has alot of knowledge on the products in general. This is way I would not mind coming into Starbucks good vibes and energy. Thats why im giving our store 5 stars. Cant wait until it opens back up😊😊
