Vono Medical Supplies

First time here and upon walking in the door we were greeted with a hello. A salesman walked up introduced himself asking how he could help. My mom age 85 walks around unassisted. She feels she would like to have a cane to use if needed for assurance. This guy took about 20+ minutes of his time working and walking with mom to ensure she knew how to use the cane and to make sure it was adjusted correctly. He made she was comfortable with it before he sold it to her. Additionally she asked about a walker. He showed her a model.with wheels and explained she could always rent one to try before buying. Overall this was a very pleasant experience he provided to mom. Thank you.

The employees at Vono are always willing to assist you upon entering the facility. They always go above and beyond to help out for all my needs!

Wow! I've been in customer service for 26 years and have never experienced the service I was lucky to have today. Jessica and Courtney helped my rent a scooter for my wife and were beyond helpful. Courtney was on the floor making sure the scooter was perfectly adjusted for my wife. These 2 people are assets to your company and I hope you know that. Please take care of them no I will come back and steal them for myself!

Jessica at Vono is awesome! She was so knowledgeable about the products and helped us make a selection quickly. Everyone at Vono was extremely helpful and also friendly. We were able to get the perfect lift chair (recliner) for my dad, and since we came into the store early in the day we lucked out and it was delivered that same day in the afternoon. Excellent customer service, caring people all around. I would definitely recommend Vono to friends/family.

I needed a lift chair for my mother who was coming soon. Needed to order it. I expected it at the end of the month , which would leave us without for a little while. The fine staff there got the chair to me in a week!! What a great surprise! I am thankful for their care for our situation. Great people😊

We have been going to Vono for several years. Staff always helpful. We get greeted at the door on arriving and they are ready to help their customers. Very knowledgeable about their products. Questions we have they have answers. We are very fortunate Vono is located in Springfield, Illinois. We know we can depend on them. They are the best in town for medical help.

I have been a customer of Vono for over 4 years. When I first became in need of medical supplies due to cancer, I was referred to mail order suppliers whose representatives called on me when I was in the hospital. After several months of orders not arriving on time, wrong items being delivered and uncaring customer service I shopped around and discovered Vono. Their caring and courteous staff have always made me feel appreciated and have given me good advice on the products I need. Thanks the staff for the help today with the Ostomy supplies. Went in to get my supplies transfer there. Been having a real problem because of bleeding. Can't order supplies till the 8 of next month. They gave some stuff free to make it till I can get them God Bless u all

Can't say enough the service at Vono in Spfld. Many providers are quick to tell customers what and why they can't address and solve our issues, usually due to parameters of medicare or insurance guidelines, but not here. Shane, in their service department is a gem. Especially when it involves equipment repair and maintenance. He is 'meticulous, and will think outside the box to solve your issue, and perform as intended,. He treats it as if it belonged to him. Shane is about the customers, what they need and service with a smile.

I went to the store in Springfield today to purchase a lift chair. Marcia, Jessica and the girls were all so helpful and answered all my questions and made what I thought would be a daunting task super easy. THANK YOU!!
