I got my nebulizer through this company thier customer service is finominal. I definitely recommend talking to Greg he was a huge help and got all my paperwork handed quickly. I will definitely work with them again in the future.

Complete Garbage!! There customer service is rude and completely unhelpful! They sent the order to the wrong doctor for 3 weeks for my correct mask all while telling me via email that my dr no longer showed me as a patient but when I tried to contact them no one would answer or return my calls. After 3 weeks, I Finally got through to someone, for them only to realize they were faxing the wrong physicians office. Then once I was finally able to use my machine I realized it was not for me and promptly returned it with All the unused supplies. Now, they are Refusing to credit me for the supplies that were never even opened!! I never right bad reviews, but honestly this place SUCKS!!!!!! I would Never recommend this place to Anyone, Ever!

You would think breathing while you sleep would be an important thing. I was switched to Rotech 3 months ago because Memorial Medical was failing to send my supplies. I've talked to Rotech 3 times, in this 3 month time period. All of which every bit of my information was given to them. They called a 4th time asking for this information. You know I'd rather die in my sleep than continously provide to a company my information including my insurance and my cpap machine model number. Highly do not recommend this company either. Your life isn't important to these people.

Oxygen was ordered Friday of last week!! This is Thursday, still no oxygen!! I don't understand why it would take so long to get oxygen to someone!! I think oxygen is a PRETTY IMPORTANT thing

I’ve been calling these people for several months now to pick up oxygen tanks that I no longer need. I have not been able to get anyone to return my calls.
