Super clean and calm entry point. There are more than enough spaces to park and there is a bathroom on site. Directly to the right of ramp is a pedestrian bridge that you can only access by kayak or canoe on water. To the left you'll find the main channel that leads to the lake and to Little Kinkaid Creek. Once you're out on the water, Kinkaid lake can be found to the right with the rocky walls and little kinkaid creek can be found to the left, towards the entrance of johnson creek boat launch. Help keep Illinois lakes clean, don't litter!

I went here for the swimming beach. So disappointed. There is no beach anymore just weeds and trees. I remember coming as a child and it was beautiful. Not anymore. Attached is a picture if the "beach"
