Both Kyle and Josh we’re on time, polite, hard workers that cared about the appearance of their work. I worked in the trades before I retired and so I feel I am a good judge of quality work. The unit they installed was a good quality unit and the piping they did was spot on. When they left they cleaned up very well and even locked up for me. I couldn’t ask for a better team to install my tankless.

I purchased an older home that was in need of a lot of tender loving care! Chris has been my heating and AC specialist that has worked diligently with me to create the perfect heating and cooling environment. I highly recommend his service. He is friendly, professional and skilled!

TC did a thorough job checking the air conditioning unit, inside and out, so that it would be ready for summer. He checked the electricals as well as all the functioning parts, described completely possible services I could have with Voss, and let me know what might need repair in the next year.

In late October 2016 Bob C did a great job inspecting the furnace to prepare for the winter. He replaced the odor block, said that I did not need a new filter, and pronounced everything in good shape. He was prompt, efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied.

Terry did an excellent job on our furnace. He explained what needed to be done . He was very knowledgeable and I know the job was done correctly. I thank Voss for taking care of us in an emergency.

T.C. was on time, and serviced our two systems in a timely matter. He changed the filters on both systems and found a part in one of the outdoor units that needed a new part. He was friendly and did at good job.

Service Pro Terry H. came on time as promised, and went straight to work cleaning and getting my furnace ready for the winter. He did not do any high pressure selling for more services, and was very courteous and friendly.

Great service! Had a mechanical issue. Said it was going to be 2 days. They called right back and nonotified me of an opening. They got right over. Courteous! Efficient! Highly recommend!

My heat would kick on sometimes and other times not, Voss went over and fixed the problem in no time! Very respectful and knowledgeable. Will call them with any HVAC needs!

Had the ductwork cleaned/sanitized and a better filter put in today. (Needed VERY badly!) Very professional, cleaned up the "extra" that came out of the vents w/shop vac. Wore masks and shoe covers. Sincerely appreciated 👍
