Delicious food, beautiful setting and great service.

One of the elite restaurants in the Hamptons, Highway never disappoints. The vibe is eclectic yet fun on a busy night. The menu is always inventive and absolutely delicious. A nice wine list is accompanied by a creative cocktail menu. The service is excellent but always a touch cool to the touch in our experience. The bar is a nice oasis away from the general seating and well worth a visit should you miss a reservation window.

Chef Justin Finney and his entire culinary team are unquestionably one of the finest in the Hamptons, continuously executing a beautifully diverse & delicious menu. Peter, Rosa, Freddie, Arturo, Julian and many more dedicated hospitality professionals on the service team consistently deliver exceptional, Michelin caliber service out front that mirrors the passion for great, locally sourced cuisine delivered daily by Finney & team.The best of what’s around.

Highway is a pretty chill, low key spot in East Hampton if you want to grab a drink or a bite to eat. It’s also easy to get to and find, as it’s right off the Montauk Highway.

The staff, especially Fred, were very friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back for another Sapporo and the amazing atmosphere.

Cozy and relaxing decor with fresh New American cuisine. We came here for brunch and loved the daily frittata, spinach and herb omelets and the amazing burger. Service and the team were superb and look forward to coming back for dinner or more dishes.

Great food, impeccable service, and the ambiance is so light and airy. I highly recommend this spot if you're out this way!

One of the best resturants in EH for food! So many options that are SO GOOD on the menu. The ONLY issue with this place is the time it takes to get a cocktail. Either the Bar is understaffed or they have ZERO understanding that this is an issue. It's shocking actually how they have let this be an issue for over a year. Just plan to get your food before your drink.

Very good dining experience. High end eatery with different variety of entrees and appetizers. On the expensive side, but the food and service definitely match the price.

Fabulous! loved the food and the ambiance. I've eaten at the table and at the bar and both were great experiences. Food is fantastic and they have a great wine and cocktail list! if you're out east, GO THERE! you won't be disappointed

The staff here couldn't be more gracious. After a mishap that scratched our dinner plans elsewhere, we wandered in here 15 minutes before closing on New Year's Eve and were welcomed with open arms. The service was friendly and efficient, the food interesting and uniformly excellent. We ate lightly, but can recommend the pork buns, the ricotta toast, the eggplant parmigiano, and the Ceaser salad. We will return many times I am sure.

Highway never fails in its promise to provide excellent cuisine, service and friendly professional atmosphere. It is our favorite eating establishment in the Hamptons.

Prices are relative to most east end places but the focus is on their overall day to day consistency. You always know that you will get more than your money’s worth.

Hip vibe but still cozy and comfy with throw cushions in booths and great lighting. Creative cocktails & well-balanced menu with something for everyone. Start out with the hummus platter for the table. And try the potato-zucchini croquettes! Attentive, professional, friendly service.

Always a great experience at this restaurant. Not a fan of eggplant however John's eggplant parm is off the charts. This restaurant is always packed. Maybe now that we passed Labor Day it will be easier getting a reservation.

Highway is a great place to go with friends. Fred, is our favorite! I really like the Mediterranean Plate with the hummus and the Chicken is excellent too. Good Bar/Atmosphere!

Great food, excellent service, lively bar. Do not judge a book by its cover, this place is a gem. You will not be disappointed.

One of the best restaurants in Hamptons. Hummus plate and bay scallops were 👌🏼. This place fills up, even in off season, recommended to make reservation in advance or try and find an open seat at the bar.
