We split the arancini and 2 personal Pizza. Service was excellent. We sat outside on the patio. Enjoyed the beautiful weather. Very Big menu . Highly recommend this restaurant

Delightful lunch outdoors. Highly recommend their Octopus appetizer. Other nice dishes include the Bolognese pasta, Kale pizza and chocolate bread pudding (enough for two). Their Americano was watery, but all else enjoyable.

Every dish was very tasty and well cooked. The meatball starter had a really nice mix of meats and the marinara was great. The steak was cooked to perfection and the side of Brussels was really well seasoned with Modena. Thoroughly enjoyed the food in Cittanuova and I would highly recommend to give it a try. The staff were also nice and professional.

Great place, reasonable prices. Several seating areas for different moods. Outdoor seating overlooking the street, dining room seating, and in the rear of the restaurant is another semi-outdoor dining area with a waterfall for ambiance. Food was great. The ministrone soup was fantastic, and the rice balls were excellent. Veal piccatta was also great. Great location in East Hampton, and the service was great. We'll be going back again soon.

Adorable little Italian restaurant! Perfect for a lunch date! Must get the margarita pizza and Cesar salad which they make their own dressing for it!

Pleasant Italian restaurant in the heart of East Hampton. Visited for lunch and was surprised at the quality of food and efficiency of the staff working there. Cocktails and wine list are great and pricing overall was fair considering it’s East Hampton!

I recently ate dinner in Cittanuova -- we were a party of three. This has been a go-to restaurant for me for so many years, that I nearly forgot to post the 5 star review that it deserves. Cittanuova always has fantastic fresh food, excellent preparation, timely service with a smile, and a superb atmosphere. They don't take reservations - which is a plus because you can always get in and the wait is never long. The garden in the back is my favorite place to sit. We ordered the pizza and salad to share as starters, and our entrees included eggplant parm, pasta with clams, and pasta with sausage & broccoli rabe. Everything was amazing, and we all left with a smile on our faces. I will always go back to this restaurant and cannot recommend it more highly! 5 stars all the way.

This place was packed at lunchtime on a February Saturday. Clearly an off-season favorite! Relaxed, family-friendly, great food, fast service and good vibes. The orecchiette was tasty, and went well with a quartino of Pinot Nero.

Always a fun night when JJ is serving. Clean, quick, lively, reasonable in the very pricey Hamptons. Winter happy hour is great - 4:30-6pm, $5 plates, $6 drafts, bar pies are crisp, tasty calamari is fresh and not greasy. A fun laid back Friday night crowd in the front room. Love sitting by the glass doors. I'm here a few times a month, never gets old. The town square of our EH village. Around the block from BookHampton, so you can shop and hear some authors, then pip over here for Cappuccino. The wine is serves by 1/2 carafe in a little Italian style glass, so it feels authentic. It's about 1.5 glasses per carafe, actually reasonably priced at $16 for a nice pinot.

I had a personal pizza. It was very good. The crust was thin and crispy.

Stopped in for some downtime chillin’ while visiting E Hampton yesterday, 10/24/23. We were here a year ago. We sat at the bar, ordered drinks and pondered the menu. After checking out the burger someone next to me ordered, my husband suggested I order it.
I told the bartender I wanted it medium rare and stressed the importance of it neither being over or under cooked. He acknowledged my request and put the order in. I order a hamburger once every six weeks so getting my order right was especially imperative, as I can’t tell you how few restaurants get it right which is very frustrating because I never send my order back to the kitchen.
(When we want a more than decent burger, we go to Tweeds in Riverhead.) Suffice to say, this was the very BEST, most delicious burger I’ve ever tasted!!! It was juicy and cooked to perfection!!! OMG!!!

Had a great Meal at this place , arancini appetizers were not the best to be honest more like mozzarella sticks … but the tagliata di manzo e chicken milanese omg so good !!!
Espresso martini was just perfect !!
Only one thing as a person that it’s in this industry I think staff need to be more professional and smile a little more , I know the season is slow now but for costumers that come during winter they should be happy , and probably less on their phone it’s not nice to see them on their phone meanwhile you’re waiting to ask for plates !!
But beside that I totally recommend it great spot !!

First time back in a few years and the food and drinks were still just as good as before. Wether it’s the middle of summer or the middle of winter, I love coming here for the atmosphere and knowing I can count on a consistant delicious meal.

i’m giving this restaurant five stars because of the gorgeous hostess that sat me when i went here. she was so nice and pretty and she made the experience very nice. i would definitely come back here the food was also pretty good
