Just recently started there as a new patient. Every staff member as well as APRN Natalie were great. Professional approach and attitude, friendly atmosphere, clean office. Thank you all.

We absolutely love Natalie and Dr. Brian they care about their patients and get problems solved instead of ignoring you. We really appreciate them. My husband was dry heaving every morning from a medication he was on and thanks to Natalie. She moved him to one that is so much better no more issues in the morning I can’t say enough good, thank you for all you do I highly recommend them

This office is the worst experience I have had with a Primary Care doctor and practice. First, I saw the doctor one time; then you are handed off to Nurse Practioner. By the AMA (American Medical Association) this is now considered substandard care when practices do this. Second, in an appointment with the nurse practioner, I was told that the practice now had a new patient care format. She said a patient could discuss only one condition or concern at an appointment. This practice is not in the best interest of a patients health. Medical conditions can be inter-related and need to be discussed or brought to the doctor/NPR's attention. Second, a patient may have a serious symptom going on that could be overlooked because the patient is afraid to bring it up at an appointment. Patients could actually die or have serious consequences due to the change in patient care that was made by this office. Upon hearing about this change in patient care at this practice; I switched to another Primary Care Physician.

Incredibly frustrating experience each and every time I had an appointment. Despite scheduling my appointments at different times, I consistently found myself waiting in the exam room for 45 minutes to an hour or more before the doctor would see me, only to be rushed through a brief 5 minute visit. Early morning, late morning appointments, it did not matter. When expressing my concerns, the doctor dismissively suggested I find another practice. The front office staff, the older women were not accommodating at all. It's like this is not uncommon for them and they just tell you the doctors are seeing patients. Then why schedule you with an appointment? This is not a walk-in!
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I will not be returning. If you have all the time in the world to sit and wait for the doctor to see you, and can tolerate unfriendly staff when you have an appointment, this is your place to go. Good luck!

Can’t ever get ahold of someone. Phones always have an issue. Either they have a busy tone, ring constantly, or no one picks up when you actually get the line to work. Some of the nurses are nice but when you have a medical issue and questions, it should not be this complicated to get ahold of someone even to take a message. And if you do get a message in, it takes forever for someone to get back to you. It’s not worth it in my opinion. Seeking care elsewhere and if you have an active medical situation, I suggest you do the same.
Update: they never got back to me regarding two messages I left for them a week ago and I got a message this morning that they cancelled the appointment I had made previously. Really horrible facility. Never had such a horrible experience with a health facility before. Shows how much they care about their patients.

~Horrible it’s an understatement of How my family was treated by “The Front Desk” old lady who was “ Very disrespectful” Very Unprofessional, ( Extremely Wicked)
cero compassion for the Patients, Refused to see me Because she wants to, this place it’s a SHAME in Palm Coast, please don’t ever bring your family here!
~Run away from this facility!
