Great store, and excellent customer service, I would recommend anyone to go there

These guys are great if y'all don't have credit.

I have been with this particular store with consistent contracts for years, getting close to 6 years now I think. They've always been pleasant, timely, and will go above and beyond for a quality customer. I've paid off the majority of my belongings from there and I refer them as often as possible!

Each time I need help or become a day late for a payment they are always generous and helpful! I have several items through Rent One and I am 100% satisfied with my things! Great Job RentOne! You guys are awesome!

I've been without furniture for a bit now and looking around for something that'll fit a small apartment. As luck would have it rent one had just what I was looking for at a decent price. The gals and guys that work up at the one here in West Frankfort are splendid. Fast, courteous, helpful and kind are just a few verbs that I'd use to describe these people. Our experience with Rent One has been very satisfying. We've only had one complaint in all the years we've been there. The customer service is excellent. They try & go beyond their means to get you what you want. I would recommend Rent One to anybody.

Delivery was right on time and the delivery guy very courteous, however he was alone so my husband had to help him carry in the freezer that got delivered. It was a very hot day out and the worker should never had been alone on this type of delivery.

My review is for the West Frankfort Illinois store. My delivery guys Rudy Murphy and Robert Bain were great very professtional and helpful. I would recommend this store the people are always so friendly and helpful.

No credit need just a small down payment! I love it! I plan to fill my own house up with items purchased from rent one because being only 18 and working at a fast food place I can't afford much.
