My wife and I stopped in while on a road trip. After a bad experience at a McDonald’s earlier in the day, I was uneasy, but this location impressed me. We had order placed and walking out the door with drinks and a snack in about 3min.

I would like to thank the drive thru for serving me as a walk up as they was closing. I'm a truck driver after driving for 6 hours I was hungry and being turned away from Taco Bell, they told me they had nuggets left and that is what I had for dinner. Thank you so much for feeding me and not turning me away.

The cleanest and friendliest McDonald’s I have ever been to. I usually am nervous about my kid using a play space, but this one was SO clean and good for younger kids too. Thank you for saving our 8-hour-trip with a toddler!

You can basically say I'm a regular year I have an 8-year-old son that loves McDonald's nuggets and the Playland here in West Frankfort I also love the app because they say so much time and he also get deals and then you get to redeem points for free stuff just remember to update your app every once in awhile or your points won't update as well too and then they also doordash too so that is great and they mess up on your order they will always replace it

Very nice place. Staff very friendly and very quick to do the proper cleaning of tables and seats as soon as the customers leave and before anyone else is seated. The entire staff were all wearing face coverings, which we truly appreciated since we are both older and have medical issues. If we all work together the Country will beat the virus.

Went through the drive thru can't remember the girl that took our order but she did great! Got to the window and Anthony served me with great service and a welcoming smile. Will suggest this location to anyone and I will be back soon.

Good friendly service! The lines at McDonald's are always long because of the popularity of the business; but, it didn't take long at all. My food was good and hot, especially my french fries because I don't want any salt on them and McDonald's has the new slushes in multiple flavors! There's nothing like a cold mixed slushy with all the flavors for a change of taste at every level. And the new chicken sandwich is the tastiest! I like the texture of the crispy chicken w/cheese! If you haven't tried it; now, would be a good time. You'll tgank me for it!

A manager of theirs had purchased items from the convenience store I work in and left them behind. I called McDonald's to make certain that the items were returned to the manager who left them. The young man who answered the call was extremely polite, professional, and prompt in passing along the information I gave him. In just a few short minutes the gentleman was back to pick up the items he had left behind.

Food hot and delish. Drive thru was crazy busy.

Awesome service!!!!! The ladies in both drive-thru windows were very friendly and very nice. Received my order in no time at all. I ordered a sausage McMuffin with a tomato and a parfait. Kudos to the ladies who did an excellent job!!

Food is good and not too greasy. I love that it's a clean place for my Granddaughters to enjoy the indoor Playland.

McDonald's has good meals good sandwiches I like grilled better than the way they cook there's but it still tastes good and they make it just how you want it if you ask and with or without salt I like the fact that there's more things on the breakfast menu however I don't like their new Donuts takes a state they can't really taste the cinnamon and sugar are you taste all I taste is to Greece but it's a very good experience usually always

Service was slow but food was hot which is a big change. Normally service is fast and food is cold. Especially the fries.

This McDonald's is #1 in my book. They have not disappointed me once! Food is always hot and fresh, crew and management are always friendly! It's clean! The atmosphere is nice!

I love this McDonalds. From the first time i ate here, i knew that. The staff is very friendly, the store is literally always clean, and the food i get is always fresh. If you go to a southern illinois McDonalds fir some random reason, i recommend this one. You will not be disappointed.
