Taylor and Lindsay were AMAZING!!! They designed a beautiful balloon arch for our son's first birthday & it was perfect!! From start to finish, we collaborated on colors, designs, pick-up etc. and we were happy with the end result. Excellent customer service & product!! We used them for my daughter's college graduation a couple weeks ago and I was so pleased with them! Customer service is the best and the balloons looked great. Taylor was so wonderful to work with! She was able to completely understand my vision for a baby sprinkle and executed it better that I could have hoped for! I started the process off with a completely different concept, Taylor was able to guide me with photos and her expertise.... the end result was not only perfect but a show stopper! Taylor takes pride in her designs and knew exactly what would work best for the event space! I appreciate that Taylor not only emailed/texted but she actually called me to discuss the design!
