Wendy's

Last night we went to the drive thru and ordered a bake potato, they were sadly out of it but didn’t know that until we paid and got to the window. Shawn went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were given good service, he offered anything we wanted and was very apologetic. Thank you Shawn for your great service!

Great customer service, everything was clean. Helped out with coupons we had and the staff wase extremely friendly.

Most Wendy’s struggle with accuracy of my order. This Wendy’s everything was accurate, hot and fresh.

Alexis was so kind and patient while she was taking my order. Heather, her manager, was also understanding when she found out why I requested to talk to her at the window. I asked for the manager so I could compliment Alexis. The food was made correctly, had hot & fresh fries and was ready as soon as I got to the window. 5/5 definitely recommend!!

Drivethru employees were killing it. They were courteous, quick and 100% accurate during the lunch rush hour. Service like this is (unfortunately) hard to find but should be the gold standard. Awesome job.

The girls working the drive thru were amazing and courteous. Quick, friendly, and my food was perfect. Hot fries, crisp Coca Cola, and perfectly neat burger. Whoever made the food today, I appreciate you!

Great food just never pull up from the drive thru box. They are faulty and have long waits. If you think that it is broken and pull forward they will have you go all the way back around to the end of the line.they forget to turn off their mic which makes you think that the intercom is broken. Employees will become confrontational with you and refuse to hand you your order unless you go back around.

Manager there was very wonderful and let us come in and eat while they were closing the inside up. It was very wonderful of her to do so thank you

Would have rated 4 stars, but they get a solid 5 and here's why... So the same day we went to Popeye's and they ran out of chicken sandwiches, we went to the Wendy's next door. Order was a baconator meal, 2 small fries. We get our food and drive off. We realize when we get to our next destination that we are short one small fry. My friends was upset and we went back to get them, the gentleman (and I mean that word) on drive through that day was very kind and didn't question us about it and told us to pull forward so we could get a fresh batch. And FRESH they were! BEST Wendy's fries I've had in awhile. Bravo! Keep it up guys!

Stopped in after a costco run and picked up a Dave's single meal for our daughter, and we grabbed a pumpkin spice frosty which was great!

Quick summary: save yourself the pain, skip Popeye's and get Wendy's.

Food is good, but that's not the reason for 5 stars. Was at Popeye's and sat in a non-moving drive thru line for 10 mins. Gave up and drove to Wendy's, which also had a super long line. The difference is the line moved quickly, the staff was friendly, and got everything spot on with the order. By the time Wendy's served 6 cars, Popeye's got thru 1.

The lady at the drive thru was friendly and polite. I ordered the chicken nuggets they were crispy outside and soft white meat inside.

The manager at this Wendy’s today absolutely made my day with his kindness and generosity when I ordered 2 kid’s meals. My kids are huge fans of their French fries and frostys. We will definitely be back and will pay his kindness and generosity forward. Thank you!!

You need to order your food cooked to order which means they cook it fresh right now it's not sitting under a heat so when you get your food it's fresh, hot and juicy

I went inside since we were pulling a trailer for a camping trip and there system was down. The manager took my order and ran me through the drive through side since we couldn't use the drive in. Nice guy. Customer service was on point.

Left Popeyes drive thru and went next door to this Wendy's. Quick service. Friendly staff. Had my order hot & fresh in hand, under 5mins.

This place is my comfort food haven. Always puts a smile on my face.
