Zeb was so kind today when they took my order, and overall, I've never had a bad experience w/ this Starbucks. Yeah, whoever designed the parking lot was stupid, but that doesn't mean the workers and service deserve a 1 star. Missi was very sweet too. I got a simple ice mocha latte w/ no whip and it was served within 30 seconds. Extremely fast and yummy :)

A little chaotic when I arrived but staff was great and organized! Awesome place for a fast bite and refill on their delicious assortment of beverages hot or cold, for the entire family, or assortment from croissants to bagels to danishes!

Solely leaving this review based on the multiple positive experiences with Zeb! I cannot tell you how many times I’ve messed an order up, said something wrong, or completely missed an item, and Zeb is ALWAYS positive and helpful!

I am more of a local supporter than chains and encourage everyone to support local spots who love their employees, but I do want to recognize how awesome Zeb is and to let him know it’s not unnoticed and is very appreciated!

This is by far the best Starbucks in Pittsburgh. For financial reasons, I try to only go once a week. However, I go out if my way to go to this location everytime.

Ordered the ham n Swiss croissant out standing. Probably ordered 15 times never disappointed

For the first "snow day" I appreciated how chill the place was when I got there. Very friendly service right away. I'm a fancy coffee drinker so the frap was awesome, the burrito was good just could have used some more flavor.

Yeah, it's a Starbucks, nothing earth shattering. But the 3 times I went each staff member was friendly despite being absolutely over run with orders. Super efficient and accurate. Say what you want about corporate but this location of running like clockwork.

Nestor was very helpful. It was my first time at Starbucks and Nestor asked me questions to help narrow down my decisions as I am very particular. He suggested the salted caramel cream cold brew as my first choice and it was an out-of-body experience.

Excellent ! Amazing service & quick. The drinks were perfect . Visiting from out of town & its great that this location makes it like my local Starbucks.

Ever since the remodel, this has become the fastest Starbucks drive thru I have ever gone through.

I just want to give a big shout out to Rob. Rob generally works at the Banksville Plaza location where most of my interactions are but due to construction he is working at the Greentree. Every time I interact with Rob, I feel that he is always going above and beyond. I always see him trying to get every customer taken care of and making sure things are stocked. He is extremely professional and has always made it right when an order was incorrect or cold. I feel that Rob really exudes customer service, he always makes the interaction with myself or my family want us to keep coming back. Thank you Rob, for everything you represent and the effort you put into your job for your community.

Got a custom latte, greeted immediately upon entering and there was really fun banter to be had even though I'm not a regular. Love the staff there :)

Barista Zeb is enough of a reason to go on a coffee run! They are just such a bright, wonderful person and they make my day every time they’re working! This location wasn’t doing so hot for a little while, but it seems like they’ve gotten everyone trained now. The line moves quickly and the quality is good. Proud of them for turning things around 💖

Very pleasant experience. I went to the drive-thru and there were about five cars in front of me, but the line moved quickly and I placed my order. The young man taking the order was so happy and friendly that it was a pleasure to hear his voice. When I pulled up to get my latte and pay, the young man at the window was also very pleasant and friendly. Different person, but same great attitude. I will definitely go back to this Starbucks. Best Starbucks in the Pittsburgh area. Parking can be tight, but the staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make your experience satisfying.

By far some of the nicest staff I have ever encountered. Everyone I’ve ever encountered at this store is happy and upbeat - their positivity is contagious and always makes my day better.

They are always fast and friendly when we visit this location. My Young son get medical tests fairly often across street and, as we leave, always stop and treat ourselves to a frapp.He can get a little hyped up from the visits but the staff are always very understanding, patient and friendly to us

A delicious treat. I spoiled myself and purchased a venti soy caramel macchiato at Starbucks Greentree. A personable young lady greeted me as soon as I entered the drive-thru. She accurately placed my order for the barista to prepare. The gentleman at the window greeted us while completing the transaction. I have been coming here for years. They treat their customers with kindness and respect.

My app kept kicking me out as I was trying to pay. It’s my birthday, so I wanted to use my birthday scan. The amazing barista at the drive through still got me my birthday drink even though my app was acting up. Thank you!
