Rockford Wellness collective is great place to go. They are very hospitable and kind. I felt welcomed as soon as I stepped in the door. The people there are awesome and provide great direction when assisting those who come in the door. I would recommend visiting the place and see what they are all about.😁😁😁😁😁

I have had to go here several times for lab work and other testing for my job. They are always friendly, efficient, and get me in and out quickly. Their new office is fantastic and the other services they have is something I hope to try sooner than later!

Chandra is the ABSOLUTE BEST nurse practitioner I’ve EVER MET! She’s so incredibly friendly and I feel like I’ve reconnected with a long lost friend every time I see her. She’s super gentle with blood draws and hormone pelleting, impeccable bedside manner, and one heck of a GORGEOUS SMILE! I have worked in healthcare for 35 years-what used to be healthcare is now sick care and the pandemic proved it. I have lost faith in the traditional medicine approach and am so happy to have found someone who responds quickly and professionally. After battling a respiratory illness for a week I called for an appointment- it was supposed to be the following week but instead Chandra called and said she was available in the next ten minutes if we could make it. She was kind and helpful and had many suggestions. She sent In prescriptions and assured us that if we need anything she was available.
