La Hacienda Inn

Ralph, the owner of the Inn, is a great guy and very accommodating. He went out of his way to give us a ride after hours. His rooms were exactly what we were looking for. A top choice for a Galena stay.

Very spacious room! Has a microwave and a mini fridge. Comfortable beds! Very clean
The only problem we had was with the internet to watch TV. Kept freezing up and lagging. Price is great and it's close to.local bars that the hotel offers rides to and from. We are already planning another trip. They are in process of remodeling but that didn't bother us. The rooms are all different which I liked!

Anyone looking for somewhere to stay long term this is the perfect place! We love staying here! We are currently transitoning to a place of our own, and the owner is very understanding and lets us have out privacy and quiet! Huge rooms. They gave us a king bed, with a hide a bed for our son!

Super friendly service. Great rates on rooms with a quiet location close to stores and a public pool and public park. Owner offers Free pick up from bars and ice cold non alcoholic beverages and bicycle rentals to all guests. One of the best hotel/motel experiences ive had.

They were up late for a late check in, the room was clean, the rate was great, and Mobley the cat even greeted us!

We had the Harley Davidson room. Accommodating at a great rate!

Very nice specious rooms that come with microwave and fridge. Rob the manager is an amazing guy. I'm definitely coming back again.

We stayed two nights, we shared a room, we had two queen beds. Our first impressions of the building and grounds were not very good. We did ask to see a room first, ours was not ready yet, no big deal, we decided to stay. The good: very clean room, even the lamps, the floor, no dust, clean bathroom and bedding and towels were nice. Appeared to be freshly deep cleaned. Had microwave, refrigerator and small coffee maker. The not so good is the outside of the building needs improvement, the stairs going to second level needs improvements, the office is a mess, not impressive. We couldn't get our tv to work, but we dealt with that, since we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. Would we stay there again? I think so. The manager said they are updating rooms as they go by section. Oh, we were asked to pay cash, cause the card reader was down. Just in case you need to bring cash, $60 and night. Maybe in a year or so it will all look better.

I liked my stay and the owner and heip was helpful and friendly. Should stop by and help a local business build his business back

clean rooms, no ice machines, pocket book friendly, extended stay hotel, owner pretty picky about who you have come visit you. Has some snack and soda in office have to get ahold of 0wner to get them,

Owner has terrible customer service, rooms very unclean/smelly. Owner accuses people of theft. Not trustworthy or somewhere i’d want to spend a quiet night in

Rooms were not ready at 5pm. Reservations were made a month prior. Was a little sketchy place. Didn't stay thank goodness.
