Dan at batteries plus helped me big time today! Was so professional and helped get me a new key for my car as mine was broken in pieces. I really appreciate the hard work and being very nice and helpful. Thank you so much!

The employees are very friendly and helpful. They helped us get a duplicate key for our Nissan. It was significantly cheaper than the dealer and much faster service with a smile. I have been to other batteries plus out of the area and never seen anyone as competent and friendly as here. They have batteries that you will not find anywhere else. One of my favorite stores.

I had an old iPhone 8 whose battery was having "issues"! :) I found Batteries Plus in Palm Coast, FL on the internet. I called and made an appointment and dropped off my phone to get a new battery installed!

The staff was AWESOME and it took less than 40 minutes to complete the work!!!

I never knew this store was there but I'll definitely be back!

I needed a new battery for my car and my son purchased it for me online from Battery Plus. It was cheaper than Walmart after the discount was applied and I was in and out in 20 minutes compared to spending an hour or two at Walmart. Dan was great to with, very professional and courteous and easy to talk to. Thank you, Dan!

Just happened to stop in and was really happy I did! Place was super clean and organized and the staff was great! Have been thinking of getting a second key made for my truck and they did it for half the cost of the other guys, even in this plaza.

Ruined one of the key fobs on my 2016 car just before I moved down to Florida last year. Called the local car dealership and it was going to cost $$$ to order in a new one and get the new key cut and the fob programmed. Had a locksmith who said he could do it much cheaper, but he couldn't get in the replacement fob in the two weeks I had left before I had to leave the state. While going into the Winn-Dixie in Palm Coast, I noticed a sign outside the Batteries Plus advertising that they could rekey car keys and program the remotes, so I finally stopped in. Matt was super nice. I explained that I had accidentally sent my key fob through a laundry cycle, and needed a replacement. He went the extra mile of taking it apart and trying to dry it out and replace the battery to make sure I absolutely needed a replacement. When that didn't work, he ordered the remote and it took less than a week to get it in. It turned out to be a tricky key-cutting style of key and a headache to program (along with reprogramming my old spare fob that I had been using), maybe because it is an older year model, but he kept at it until it was perfect. And for less than half the cost that the dealership had quoted me. They were very busy with other things, but all the employees were good-natured and eager to help.

Big shoutout to Dan for his help! The car’s battery was under the spare tire in the trunk! He got it replaced and the car is now running 100%.

Great place that palm coast desperately needed. I only use Duracell batteries in my mower and had to drive to st augustine or daytona to get them. I will use them from now on.

Went to ask a general question related to a battery for my van. Waited over 20 minutes to be helped as there was one customer in front of me which is no problem at all. I don’t mind waiting to be helped. Customer walks out and I’m standing in front of the associate for 2 MINUTES patiently waiting to my question and not a word. I wanted to see if she would acknowledge me or give me any type of greeting. I eventually walked out and left. No greeting when I walked in and or any acknowledgment that I was in there. Unbelievably poor customer service….Really disappointed as I was looking forward to have a batteries plus in town. Will take my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service and would not recommend.

Worst Customer Experience!! Seem to have zero knowledge or communication skills! Waste of time!
