Bathroom flooded and wreck my first floor. Peter came in and made everything from the insurance claim to details of work so easy for us! It was an absolute nightmare and this company handled us with white glove service. I can’t rave enough about them. Company was very knowledgeable, on time and professional. You honestly can’t find many people nowadays who care about the work and do an excellent job.

Mike was awesome to deal with. I had a house I was selling that the buyer needed an air test on before moving forward with the purchase. He and his team quickly came in. He explained every part of the process and the details on the report so that everyone understood there was no issue in the home. A pleasure to deal with and at a great value!

I just want to drop a review and share that not only did Peter and the company put my house back together but they did it with quality! They handled the details of my claim and helped rebuild my house and finished basement after a sewage back up. I was upset and frustrated and these guys came in and turn the whole thing around. I thought this was going to be a mess but they handled everything. I could not say how grateful I am to these guys. Professional and quality!!

I called Blue Line Restoration to assist me with water damage that I found in both my kitchen and 2nd floor bathroom. My technician Roger Beepath was extremely professional, experienced, and helpful. He provided insight and education on what to expect, details about the process and recommendations when needed for all services he provided. Roger was thorough and detailed, educating me on how his proposed plan would fix the issue. I hope to never have another water event that requires their service, but if I do, I won't hesitate to contact them.

This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with - what a NIGHTMARE!

Like many Texans, our home was damaged in the snow storm. With a ton of water that seeped under our floors, we needed a water mitigation. Our insurance company assigned us to Blue Line.

This is where the nightmare begins.

After a 2 week delay in coming out to house for the service, I spoke with Mike who said he’d come out ina few days. With water already in the walls and under the floors, we waited for Mike a few days later and he never showed. Instead, he advised that he and one of his guys were “hospitalized” and couldn’t perform the service.

No one called, no one showed up. Mike ignored my calls and texts — all while water had already damaged our home.

Next thing, we were advised that Blue Line withdrew their services without telling us.
