Lauren was a true professional and a pleasure to work with in a difficult situation. She showed care and concern for every party involved. Within 24 hours (Friday afternoon to Saturday afternoon) of contacting her she was able to give me a full and detailed understanding of a difficult situation and really explain my options. She was even honest enough to recommend the option that didn’t include working with her. Even after agreeing that was the best option, she was still willing to answer my questions and days later checked on the situation to make sure all had gone well. I only wish I had found her number a little sooner, so hopefully this will help someone else that might be in a similar situation.
