New favorite bakery!!! Got an assorted cupcake delivery for my birthday, and OMG they are so good! The cake is so soft and moist, and the icing is so soft and light. Not that grainy/hard/ultra sweet kind you get in a lot of other places. Pictured are: triple chocolate, creme brulee, chocolate mousse, strawberry, and red velvet. I loved every single one and will definitely be ordering more in the future

These cupcakes melted me. I had the Red Velvet, crème brûlée, and the Wedding Cake. My favorite was a close call between the crème brûlée or the Wedding Cake.

My boyfriend ordered a dozen of these cupcakes for my birthday last week. And let me tell you I was pleasantly surprised. 4 creme brulee, 4 cheese cake, 2 snickerdoodle, & 2 birthday cupcakes did not stand a chance! I’m not really one for sweets but these cupcakes are hard to pass. You can tell that quality ingredients are used and they aren’t filled with artificial sweeteners. We will definitely be returning customers. Thank you Sivada for making my special day one to remember!

I happened upon Sivada's Cupcakery while walking through the Avondale district. I purchased four delicious cupcakes; two of the best were the Banana Cream Pie and Red Velvet! Stop on by if you are in the mood for cupcakes!

I am very late in leaving a review and I apologize. We purchased a large quantity of a variety of flavors a while back for my grandson's graduation celebration. The cupcakes were beautiful and tasted so very good. Our order was awaiting pickup, the whole process was as smooth as silk. What made so much nicer was that we had to do all of this from out of town, over the phone. Super service, quality product and very nice people. Thank you so much.

My first visit here, and I will definitely be returning. These are absolutely the most delicious cupcakes I have ever tasted. Just their appearance made it too difficult to buy only one or two. There are several mouth-watering flavors to choose from.

Amazing cupcakes!!! Fresh and beautiful. We have been getting cupcakes from here for years and the only disappointment we have ever had was if you go too late in the day your favorites might be gone since they cook them fresh. We love getting one of a bunch and then splitting them when we get home. That way everyone gets a little of everything! My favorites are wedding cake, peanut butter cup, triple chocolate and its if the right time of year the orange creamsicle!

I picked Sivada's to get cupcakes for my husband's birthday because of their closeness to my home. Got a 6 pack variety mix and everything was delicious. My husband loved the banana pudding cupcake best. My favorite we the strawberry. Definitely stop by for a delicious treat!

Best cupcakes EVER! my co-workers bought two boxes of miscellaneous flavors for my birthday and every single one was amazing. I had a coconut one, and a strawberry one and they were phenomenal. Everyone raved about them.

I go to Sivada's at least once a week. It's not on my commute home but worth the drive. Their cupcakes are moist and baked daily. I love the triple chocolate, wedding cake, lemon pound, birthday, very berry, strawberry, black tie and neapolitan. I could never decide on just one. 😄😄
