There is fraud committed on my card. Vystar quickly shut it down. But then I was told I’d have to wait 10+ days for a new debit card. I cannot live with that. I called and a wonderful girl named Gianna called my branch and let me know they had a machine. I left work and came down here and a sweet, helpful Kayla Brown Got me set up with a new debit card and on my way super fast! Very professional. Vystar is the best! Which is why I’ve been using them for so many years. Thank you!

Went to the Vystar at Village Lake Drive in Ponte Vedra. Was greeted by Kayla Brown. Told her I needed a certified check. She noticed all the tellers were busy and said she could help me with that. While she handled the check she helped me set up my on line account. Best experience I've ever had with any bank. Kayla is professional,polite, friendly and willing to help you with any problems or questions that u have. Definitely the branch I will use from now on.
