John was incredibly helpful. He allowed me to look at his coin collection without being pushy. Furthermore his prices are very reasonable. I will continue to come back.

I walked into the store hoping to find silver bullion rounds and was extremely pleased to see John has a fairly decent selection. When I asked about acquiring a 2022 Silver Eagle, which John didn't currently have in stock at this location, he had one for me the very next time he was in the Portage store. He was incredibly helpful and his prices are way cheaper than buying bullion online. If you are looking for a quality place to buy bullion and/or constitutional silver, this is the place to go.

Didn't even take a good look at my coins. Experience is all good. But if you don't be nice to customers you have no business. Try being more polite.

Owner was not present when I stopped by. Limited inventory was all overpriced.

Didn’t even take a good look at the 40 coins I brought in and was trying to say they are worth $1.50 when online they are selling for $600+. This guy has no clue of the value of your stuff, complete waste of time. I would advise you to sell your stuff someplace else. He doesn’t look up the coins, SO if you do sell here make sure you know how much your stuff is worth otherwise he will COMPLETELY rip you off!

John is a complete a hole. Hung up on me. Several times. Horrible person and owner. Idk how this business expanded.
