Had a printer problem and RJ's was able to jump right on it. He knew his business and got the printer up and running and back to us in a very short time. Great to have such personal service.

Absolutely phenomenal service! I had just bought this computer from FB marketplace, and the factory reset was not completed properly from the previous owner. I kept getting a "failed to install windows" message on startup.

I took it in at 3pm, and I received a call the next day at 1pm to pick it up! I was offered 2 different services: ~$90 for a simple reset, or ~$160 for Windows 11 (previously had Windows 10) all drivers and updates done, all the apps/office drivers/updates done, and a one week free trial for support in case anything happens.

Kay also took the time to COMPLETELY clean out my computer, and fixed a broken leg on one of the corners.
I know this place has been around for a long time now, at least 15 years that I can think of, and I have heard good things about them from others as well. I will recommend to anyone!

He goes above and beyond to get the job done. Fixed some mistakes I made on my first build and made sure everything was working tip top. Cleaned my pc, helped with wire management and also swapped my operating system to ssd even though that was not the reason I brought it in.

Reasonable rates and was a quick turn around. I will be back for any other issues.

Computer was tested, diagnosed, and repaired in 48 hours. They had the tools to really find the problem, and the parts were sold at regular market value that I would have found on Amazon. Thanks.

I saw a guy named Jeramey because for the first time ever I couldn’t factory reset my laptop on my own. Jeramey was very helpful and had a GREAT sense of humor and all around personality. He had no problem factory resetting my laptop. I WILL be going back to this establishment in the future for my computer repair needs. Thanks so much Jeramey for being so kind and supportive. He even fixed my laptops track pad and he wasn’t even intending to, just fixed itself when the computer was reset. Thanks again sooo much!

They fixed my horribly cracked screen at a cheaper price than any store I got quoted at. The repair is amazing and my laptop looks like it was never broken to begin with. Not to mention they found out I was leaving state the next day and stayed late to get my CPU done since my part had come in. Overall I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing service and getting your money's worth. On top of my screen they checked for other possible issues when they noticed my battery wasn't charging without me having to request it. I appreciate the way R J Ender computers went above and beyond to help me.

Have been to RJ Ender Computers multiple times before to fix my college laptop, obviously very important. It wouldn’t charge, they took one look, knew what was wrong and ordered the new part. 2 days later it was ready for pickup and it was fixed. It’s beyond cheap, places like BestBuy will charge you $100+ just to look at it, even if they don’t do anything to it! I’ve had them fix stuff here and not even charge me! They’re not only the best computer place in town, they’re the best business period, they treat costumers better than anywhere else.

Wonderful customer service. Last year, my laptop had a major issue where the screen was pulling away from the frame. The part needed to fix it was very difficult to find, but RJ Ender was able to source it and fix the laptop much quicker than the manufacturer would have. They were very communicative in giving updates as well, since they knew I needed it for work. Thank you for the excellent service!

This is the best computer repair shop! I had a laptop that wouldn't power on. Took it to another place and they told me to just buy another laptop. R J Ender opened up the laptop, found the problem, made needed updates and had it ready to pick up in two days. The cost was very reasonable.

I had a great experience working with Jeramey! Needed some updates and my computer was running really slow. He was patient and listened to my Lehman terms description and knew exactly what needed to be done. He also helped my put new software on and then worked with me afterwards to teach me how to use it efficiently. Highly recommend!

This is a local business that has been around as long as I can remember. The woman who helped me was amazing. She explained exactly what she would do to fix the hinge on my chromebook. In the end, after many hours and strategies, she found the hinge was beyond repair, and she didn't charge me for the labor. I will certainly go here again

We ordered two custom built gaming desk tops for our boys. Jeramy did an awesome job listening to our requirements AND finding the minimum specs needed for the games that would be played on those computers. Communication was terrific with any delays and if they stand behind their product, we are customers for life!

I have an older laptop that was running super slow. It started to not load programs at all. I am a 'shop local' gal so wanted to find someone close. Found Kay!!!
