I found the best looking glasses for me thanks to the help of the sales person! It was fun. I don't know how many I tried, before we had 10 picked out, and then narrowed it down from there. The process was quick and her input spot on. She rejected any that "aged" me. I also needed sunglasses, after working with her on regular glasses she reached over, pulled out the PERFECT frame! I loved having my own in-person personal consultant.
I will be back the next time I need new glasses.

Popped in for a quick repair to my glasses (not bought from them) and Alisha was incredible. She was super patient, thorough and literally the second nicest person ever!

Whole staff is kind, courteous and makes you feel like you’re one of them.

Maria at the 1st Ave Cedar Rapids IA location was such a joy to work with. I had not been to the eye doctor in 10+ years and she made my experience such a pleasant one! Was an absolute treat. Very fun and attentive staff. Lauren did an amazing job both in helping determine a proper pair of glasses for my face shape and providing excellent service that was above and beyond.

They are all a good bunch of girls. Welcoming, and they know what the customer wants. Alisha started off with a smile, and Lauren was a great help. I can't say enough about this store! Very pleased!

Stopped into Lens Crafters in Marion needing glasses asap! Marie was so welcoming and helpful!!! She quickly asked me what I liked, grabbed a few frames to try on, gave me her opinion and made me feel so comfortable! Within 10 minutes I had a beautiful frame picked out! When it got to the pricing part, she listened to me when I said I needed it to be affordable as possible and gave me a great price! So happy I stopped in!! Thank you Marie!

Lauren, if it's spelled the same, was awesome helping me shop for new glasses. And then Mariah came and helped also. Both fun, knowledgeable gals. I have never been to a LenseCrafters before and I will always go again after the experience I had today. Great people 100%.

A support line broke that holds one of my lenses so I took them to LensCrafters on 1st Ave. Maria was so kind, professional and was pleased to help. Loved her personality. Great place! Highly recommend this facility.

I literally love every single thing about this place. The people are extremely sweet, patient, and helpful. Literally everyone, from the first time I walked in LensCrafters to get my eye examined, I was greeted and treated with so much love and extreme customer service. Ashley & Alishia are literally my favorite people whenever I felt overwhelmed or like I’ve wasted so much time they always assure me that I am okay, to take my time. They both showed me so many options of frames and brands, however I just couldn’t make up my mind 😂 Their opinions really helped me out so much in helping me making a final decision. In which I am very in love with ❤Their patience and kindness means so much to me.that They are just amazing people overall. I wouldn’t go any other place for eye exams nor frames. I had to get my father-in-law‘s glasses fixed as he has dementia and is pretty hard on them. He’s from Washington, Iowa and his glasses were not from LensCrafters, but Daniela and Alicia were amazing and fixed those poor glasses right up. They were so nice and fun and welcoming. What a great store!

I had recently stopped at Lens Crafters to see what my options were for new eyeglasses . Laura was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. I ended up choosing new progressive lenses in new frames. I picked my new glasses up today, and am very happy with them. Alisha helped fit them and gave me any information I needed as a first time progressive lens wearer. I would absolutely recommend 1st Ave Lens Crafters, my experience was great!

Walked in to the Lens Crafters in Marion, IA. Being a travel nurse, I didn’t know if I would need an appointment, but Ashley and Maria welcomed me right in and went out of their way to take care of my needs. My glasses were broken and they got my new ones ordered in no time. Thanks Ashley and Maria! PS, this is one of the nicest LensCrafters I’ve ever been in and I travel the US.
