I cannot say enough good things about Power Vac! During my initial contact with them I found them to be professional, empathetic and helpful. They listened to what my expectations were and offered solutions. The employee who came to our home was also professional and ensured he put in the time to meet our expectations. He offered tips to help us keep our system clean and air in our home healthy. They were good communicators and delivered as promised. I will use them again and will recommend them to family and friends.

Clay was quick to respond to my initial request. Their pricing is fair and transparent. The crew showed up as scheduled, they were very courteous, explained the process, and cleaned up after themselves. There’s a reason these guys come highly recommended!

My dryer was taking several cycles to fully dry. They came by and cleaned the vent without me even needing to be home. Dryer works just like new again. Very accommodating and very easy to work with.

Had them come out to do an Air Duct cleaning. The tech was very nice, very knowledgeable and more than willing to tell you how to properly upkeep your system. Price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I got. Will be using Power Vac moving forward.

I was having a lot of coughing and sneezing. I pulled the covers off my cold air returns they were packed full of dust and dirt. I called Power Vac, Clay came out and vacuumed all the duct work. Within a couple hours he was done. Wow what a difference!
I have less dust on everything. I my coughing and sneezing have stopped. My furnace runs better and has a lot more air flow. I will definitely have Power Vac return again. Clay did a great job.

Clay was able to come within a couple of days and did an outstanding job for me. He cleaned the dryer vent in just a few minutes and was able to show me on his camera that is was clean. He ran some test to show the power of his cleaning instrument and the distance it was able to reach as my vent ran under half of the house. I was very pleased with his work and his ability to explain what and why he was doing the work.

Power Vac was great and very considerate. Had dryer vent and air ducts cleaned. It was done during a heat wave and they communicated how AC will be turned off for awhile while they work. Offered to postpone for a cooler day but I decided to go ahead. They worked quickly and got work done well and quick so house didn't even get too hot. Definitely plan on using again in the future.

Can’t believe what a difference having our vents cleaned has made in our house. Previous owners had a dog and we thought cleaning the carpets would be enough but there was a lot of hair along with the dirt and dust in the vents. Skylar was very professional taking care to explain what he was doing and carefully cleaning all the vents. Will definitely use PowerVac again!
