Anderson’s has helped me so much. My car has had a lot of issues the past month. They have been so quick with service, very informative as well as friendly staff. They offer a shuttle service, which is really nice! Will continue to keep going to them.

These guys are amazing, Ally walked through all the different options for my repair and Schulte went above and beyond in his inspection and repair. They were able to put in extra work to repair rather than replace certain parts of my vehicle, rather than take advantage and gouge prices, as many places do. I won't be going anywhere else from here on out

I took my Chevy trax to Anderson Automotive expecting to spend a few hundred bucks after an inspection and was delighted to hear all she needed as a tire alignment. They won’t recommend to do anything to your car that they wouldn’t do to their own. They even took me home and picked me up while my car was in the shop. Going forward this is the only place I’ll take my vehicles.

Honest about the cars problems. Took pictures of all the issues to show what was wrong with the vehicle, gave prices upfront and were very knowledgeable

You can't miss with these folks. Fair price. Set appointment to fit MY schedule. Did the work and test drove my car. Gave me a couple of "if I was you" tips. Asked politely about any "upsell" needs and away I went. Happy. New customer for life, going forward.

I love family owned and operated businesses. Anderson's is another great example of that. We are fortunate to be so close to them, that should anything be wrong with our vehicle we will not have far to go. The first time we came here was probably about 3-4 years ago. When I received a text message from them that included a full, color-coded inspection report, with accompanying pictures, that indicated what they checked for in their inspection; I was beyond impressed. There has never been anyone in my history of going to auto repair shops that provide this wonderful feature. On top of that, they also call you to let you know what they found (should there be anything that needs attention to it) and walk you through transparent price options. IF there is a better deal around town other than what they offer, they will let you know.
They provide 100% friendly, honest, and integral service each and every time. I will continue to take all of my vehicles here until I move away, or pass away.

My first time using Anderson Automotive and I was thoroughly impressed. I had my truck checked out for an upcoming trip out west along with an oil change and a check engine light. Friendly staff and a very knowledgable service advisor. Quick service and great communication explaining issues and the cost involved. They even send a link to an overview of everything checked as well as pictures of any areas that may need attention. Exceeded my expectations!

Amazing place and people! We had a business vehicle breakdown right near here and the employees were so helpful, we couldn't have asked for better assistance! They helped get our van off of the road and checked everything over. Then, when the Nissan dealership couldn't deliver the part we needed, they even drove over to pick it up. 5 star service!!!

I used to take my vehicle to a dealer and the service was bad and did not communicate very well at all. I never had a issue with Anderson's. They pressure you to get anything done. They just give you the facts and let you decide what you want to do. Thank you Anderson for the great service.

My wife's car died coming back from a vet near Anamosa. Had to leave car at the side of 151 which was not good based on the weather a couple of days ago. Called Anderson Automotive and they said they could get it in and check it out. Got it towed (lucky) same day and got a call from Max near the end of the day. Found nothing serious and treated me MORE THAN FAIRLY based on the issue. Thanks to them for getting me in! Use them, they are very professional and polite AND honest!

I would recommend them to anyone. As long as I live in Marion this is where I will take my vehicles. I lease currently but any vehicle I was thinking of buying I would take here to have it evaluated. Honest and dependable.

The folks at Anderson Automotive were kind courteous and friendly and had my car back to me within a day of dropping it off for a Check Engine Light Issue. They did an excellent set of diagnostics to the car that gives you a breakdown of the condition of your vehicle. I would highly recommend

Anderson Automotive responded very quickly to my call and got my car in first thing the next morning to look at my problem. They took the information I gave them and not only fixed the problem, but gave me detailed instructions as to why it happened, how to avoid it in the future, and how to check on it every once in awhile. They were incredible to work with and all at a great price. They will he getting all my business from here on out.

I’ve been dealing with Anderson Automotive for 3 years now and they are beyond pleasant to deal with. They are flexible with my busy life and they always seem to impress me more and more with each service. People think Auto mechanics are out to get you for your money. Well let me tell you, Anderson is NOT. They are truthful, respectful, and responsible.

I have been coming here for years, and won't go anywhere else. Very trustworthy, trustworthy saves you lots of money. They will not try to talk you into repairs that aren't needed. Inspections are very thorough and I was provided with a link to that went over everything checked with pictures and findings. It outlined things in a very easy to understand way.
