They were quick to get my 2014 Honda odyssey in for new tires! They didn’t have all the tires in stock for my first scheduled appointment, but the manager made sure they’d have them for the next day and put me in the schedule with ease. I gladly said yes please do and the van was even finished way before my requested end time! My van is running the smoothest it has since I bought it in May 2023! It’s so quiet and doesn’t shake or do anything unusual! Thank you so much Tires Plus for making this process easy, relaxing, and with such great care!

Tires Plus is the place to go for new tires, brakes, etc.
I have yet to receive bad service.

The gentleman who originally served me was friendly and low-pressure when discussing my options for tires. All of my questions were readily answered, and I was given what turned out to be a highly-accurate estimation of when my car would be ready. When I came in to pick up my car, a different gentleman took the time to take me to the tires and show me the exact tire I had chosen, along with why it had been a good choice. These two individuals were comfortably friendly and informative.

Spoke with Craig and he explained that it would take appox 2 hours to get the repair done, the estimated cost and that he would call me when the car would be done, Based on the stress he was under because of the weather and the amount of people were in the store at the time, his customer service skills were spot on.

I had tires online and had them delivered here but they turned out being the wrong tires (my fault). Tires Plus and all the staff were awesome, very helpful, flexible and understanding. They helped me get the right tires and helped me send back the wrong ones that I ordered. They even let me leave the tires there for a week while I was waiting for return shipping info from the online retailer. Just awesome. I will definitely use their services in the future for my tire needs.

Randy and his team are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are so easy to work with and don't try to sell you on things you don't need.

Tire Plus he's always a learning experience for me and employees there they're very helpful they don't mind asking or answering question very friendly and polite and right to the point take you right out to your vehicle and show you what the problem is. Even pull it up on the computer screen if necessary so you can see the part I think that's pretty special to go far and Beyond it's a great place and I will always go there. When I left I know exactly what was wrong with my car I know exactly what the part was and I needed to fix my car and I knew exactly how much it cost to have it done I left with a smile on my face and I understand what was wrong with my vehicle and to me they deserve a standing ovation every last one of their employees

I hope this is the correct place that helped me the other day. I noticed my rental car’s tire valve cap was missing. I panicked and looked for a place nearby. I dropped by and asked if they carried the caps and the gentleman working went and got me one. I asked how much I owed him and he said I didn’t need to. I didn’t need anything else luckily and he seemed busy but I wanted to say thanks again!
