In from out of town and thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and pond outlook. The beer was crisp and perfect temp. I didn’t try the food but the Brussels sprouts looked and smelled amazing-next time!

Okay whattttttt?! Came across this delicious fun place and they did not disappoint! Super kind staff and fire food! Ordered the Brussels and Club BT.. cooked to perfection! Brussels are crispy and everything is fresh. My husband ordered The Bog Hog with Taylor Tots and loves it! 10/10 recommend!

Happened to stumble upon Diametric Brewing and Burn Theory kitchen in Lee's Summit and I was happy I did. First of all, the vibe of this place is outstanding. It felt more like hanging out at a buddy's place who has outstanding beer and wings on the smoker out back instead of a restaurant. The staff were super friendly and were more than happy to answer any questions or guide you to a beer that might suit your taste. There are no servers, so you sit yourself and then go up to the bar to order. Personally I loved this as I didn't feel rushed to look over the menu or make a choice for something to drink right away. Beers were high quality and very good. I could see going back over and over just to try new brews. If you are looking for a little more than something to drink, the food was just as good as the beer. My wings were OUTSTANDING and I am very picky about wings and eat them everywhere I go. I place these top 3 in the city. They are smoked and not fried and had just the right amount of sauce. My wife got the tacos and really enjoyed them as well, but she thought the wings are a must if you come here. Overall, great beer, great vibe, great food, outstanding wings.

One of the BEST Cubans I've had in a long minute! (The Baja Burger was delicious as well) we'll definitely be back as the fries and Smoked Queso were outrageously tasty!

Beers are solid and clean. Ruby On Rails is a great red pale ale rendition. Brunch menu was impressive for a brewery and quality of food was great. Service from the bar team was friendly, quick and aware. The dog-friendly has a great view.

As a longtime lover of Diametric’s beer/cocktail program and Burn Theory’s food, having them cater my baby shower was an obvious choice! They asked my husband what my favorite cocktails were and thoughtfully created 3 (!) DELICIOUS custom cocktails which could be made as either cocktails or mocktails. Needless to say, I drank about 5 mocktails, which really scratched the itch for me since obviously I haven’t been able to drink cocktails in my pregnancy. I have had mocktails all over the city and these are the best. Sean and Devin made sure the bar and food setup looked beautiful as well. If you have ever had Burn Theory’s food, you know that everything on the menu is utterly fantastic. They catered pulled pork, pulled chicken, slider buns, cole slaw, smoked Mac and cheese, 4 different types of sauces, pickled jalapeños, pickles, and even sourced great tasting gluten-free buns from a local bakery. Everyone at my shower raved about the food and I was proud to incorporate fare from my favorite local spot! Highly recommend catering your next event via Diametric and Burn Theory!!!

A must try! Diametric brewery and the burn theory are the perfect duo. I was a bit confused what to do when walking in, but it is a great atmosphere. Very laid back and the people are welcoming. They offered up samples of their delicious brews for me to try and I was not disappointed. I am not a huge craft beer gal but I could sit there and try this stuff all day. Some crazy flavor combinations that come together beautifully. Ok...Burn Theory...I see you. Holy deliciousness. Plus they make their own sauces, like how do we get better than that? It was amazing food and you could really taste the uniqueness to this menu. Bravo to the chef 👏 I can't wait to see how far this duo goes .

Fabulous! It was very busy when we visited, was told it is a great local hang out. The outdoor area is awesome. Seating oveooks a retention pond, nice vibe.

The service was great! We cozied up to the bar and enjoyed a flight of every pour. The pear won my vote.

Not a big craft beer guy. But been there quite a few times. Always describe what I’m looking for to the bartender. Give me a couple of tastes comes up with a great one. Food excellent. Never had a problem with it. Always something new different. very good.

This place is a hidden gem in LS. The food and craft beer are off the charts awesome! Specifically the Baja pork nachos.
But more importantly, for parents who want to go to an adult place but have small children - this place is for you. Children run feral, they have board games/card games/chalk. Dogs are allowed. It’s seriously the perfect combo of a bar and family style restaurant. I would’ve killed for a place like this when my kids were toddlers.
Definitely recommend for date night, or family lunch or dinner.

Loved this place! Great beers, service, atmosphere, and BBQ. The sour and porter beers are exceptionally excellent! We enjoyed the wings, ribs, and Brussels sprouts especially and will recommend it to others!

Top rated place IMO. Literally suggest it to anyone. Has everything you are looking for including space, ambiance, quality service, incredible food/beer/cocktails/soda pop, and some of my favorite people on the planet. Absolutely something for everyone at Diametric Brewing Co and Burn Theory Fire Kitchen!

Delicious beer and food, awesome service and ambiance- Tried the Juan Moore, I's Wide Open, Glacier & Sea beers, loved em. Street tacos were great, and the smoked Mac & Cheese. Looking forward to trying more and bringing our little fur baby (pet friendly establishment)

Diametric Brewing is a fun spot to enjoy a tasty beer at in Lees Summit, MO. I’d recommend trying the Don’t Be Hasty cream ale. Very crisp and refreshing! The Keep It Dry wings were a hit at the table along with the house-made tater tots and the barbacoa nachos. If you like spicy meals, see if you can handle the Burn burger!

Diametric Brewing is awesome!!! The owners and their staff are super amazing and their food is spectacular! They even are great at giving back by helping a local Rotary club raise money to fight polio. I love this place!!!!

Really good food, family friendly atmosphere. Most of the seating is outside, which was nice for the time of year. The nachos were incredible 😍

About a year ago we went to Diametric and waited for a very long time to get our food, but they did the right thing and took care of us and we came back. Since then we have had nothing but good experiences and absolute amazing food from Burn Theory, not a thing that I’ve ordered and not loved.

Their staff are friendly and helpful. Willing to help you find the beer that works best for you. I wish I lived closer and could come more often.

This place is incredible. Open, industrial-style atmosphere with self-seating and easy-to-see televisions. The beer style and variety is incredible, they make their own craft sodas (.e.g root beer), and our food experience was optimal. We had a variety from the menu, including the Taylor Tots, Mac n' Cheese, Cuban Sandwich, and Brussels Sprouts - all of which were excellent. We tried a cider/mead hybrid and a berry-infused IPA and both left us wanting another glass of each. Looking forward to trying more of the menu and beers!!

Excellent experience on a Saturday afternoon. Friendly service, great beer.

8.19.23 update ... Still really good. We like to play cards while we're there.
