I have been receiving services from Wholistic Wellness for over 25 years and love the quality of the care I receive. Terri Cooper is amazing and is always knowledgeable about what is needed to help me feel stronger and healthier. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results I get! The staff is amazing, the office is inviting and calming, and the care and attention is top notch.

My babies & I have been seeing Dr CJ & Stacy for over a year. The entire staff is very empathetic & knowledgeable; along with the top notch technology & supplements they provide. I notice a huge difference in my 16 month old & 3 month old after every adjustment & swear this place is the reason I have the happiest kiddos! I received weekly acupuncture and adjustments when pregnant & I know it’s what helped me have a quick / painless delivery! Food allergies? No problem. Just another service they provide that has helped out my family. 12/10 one of my favorite places to go!

I can't recommend Wholistic Wellness Clinic enough! All of the doctors there have helped me so much with managing my anxiety and feeling my best. I have started taking my kids there as well and they love it! They have been helped with some sports-related injuries and I firmly believe the treatments they get at WWC have shortened and probably prevented some injuries. Any small or big ailment we have we go to the clinic and they are always able to help us.

The team at WWC is the best! They are so knowledgeable and provide amazing treatment and care. Dr. Cooper and the whole team has been invaluable in my journey managing my MS. I am so grateful for every second I spend at the clinic and all they do to support my overall health!

I was so sick when I first came to Wholistic Wellness. I had dealt with stomach issues my whole life and never found a solution to the pain and discomfort I constantly felt. Dr. Cooper uncovered the root issue of my problems and eventually I was able to repair my gut and eat things I never thought I’d be able to.

When I came to the clinic just over four years ago I didn’t know just how sick I had gotten. My entire system was depleted and they worked with me step by step to bring me back. Everything was natural and my body craved it. They listened to me and helped me find what combination my body wanted. Over time I began to understand what my body needs because they taught me. Today I am healthy, strong, and brain fog free! Wholistic Wellness and Drs Cooper and Cooper gave me what my general practitioner couldn’t. I got ‘me’ back …only better.

I highly recommend Wholistic Wellness for any wellness needs or concerns!! All of the staff are professional and extremely caring. They have a range of so many different skills. I’ve personally gone to Wholistic Wellness for nearly 10 years, if not longer, and they’ve helped me with an array of different things! I’ve been a patient at the clinic for 30 years. I recommend the Wholistic Wellness Clinic to anyone who will listen. My favorite treatments are chiropractic adjustments, micro current, ion, and PEMF. Dr. Cooper has built a legacy of health and wellness and surrounded herself with an amazing staff. WWC is a treasure in our community.

I had knee surgery in September and developed CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome) I am typically a very active person and can usually push through pain pretty well. I won’t go into all the details other than I would have rated this pain well over a 10! It was the most intense debilitating pain I’ve ever experienced. Once Dr Cooper diagnosed it, she developed a plan of action to help get it under control.  We started her protocol about 4 weeks after my surgery as I just wasn’t making progress with physical therapy due to the extreme pain and swelling in my leg. I am happy to say that as of today 11/22/22 I am finally feeling almost normal again and the pain has gotten to minimal amounts. This week I will finally ditch my cane.  Woo Hoo!!!  I’ve been a patient of Dr. Cooper for a number of years and have always had a tremendous amount respect for her knowledge but I can’t put into words how grateful I was for Dr. Terri Cooper’s expertise in diagnosing and coming up with my treatment plan for CRPS, Dr. CJ, Dr. Emmert for the care & treatments they have given me & the excellent staff in this office.  Don’t know where I’d be without all of them!!  THANK YOU WWC!!

I simply cannot understand the negative reviews of Wholistic Wellness. I have been a patient for over 2 years and now that I have moved out of state, I appreciate 1 million times more what I had at WWC. Julie, CJ, Stacey, Jess and Dr Cooper are all absolutely amazing! I miss them so much!

The Wholistic Wellness team has helped me through so many health issues. The sheer knowledge in the office is amazing and they take time to explain it all to you in ways you can understand if you want to learn! After 2 years of working with them, I feel more in tune with my own body than I ever have.

The sheer amount of techniques that are used and the technology available is unlike any other clinic I have been to. Trt chiropractic, SRT, nutrition response testing, Neuro emotional technique, ion, sauna, Brain tap, accupuncture, blood work, genetic testing, hormone testing, ASA and I know I'm leaving more out and there are things that I never tested as needing that I dont even know about. Your initial consultation is sure to include tests you have never seen before and its amazing the amount of information they compile in your first visit. Then through your follow ups, it's amazing to see how your body responds and how your plan changes because your body is getting just what it needs! Don't be afraid that it's another clinic that is going to put you on handfuls of supplements and see you in 3 months to see if anything has changed. They will tell you that they don't want you to have expensive urine and if you are relying on supplementation too much, you aren't taking advantage of the amazing technology that can help you as well.

I know first hand that health can be expensive at times, but being sick and tired all the time is just as expensive.

I'm telling you, if you are on the fence and have been thinking about it for a while, just book your appointment. It's time you could be using to feeling so much better! I know this totally sounds like a paid ad but I promise it's not. I haven't been able to go to the clinic since December when we visited home and today while looking for a new clinic 500 miles away, I just miss them so much and knew I had to share!

Wholistic Wellness has been my home for healing and health! I struggled daily until I started prioritizing my health and found natural ways to help my body heal itself and dive into the root of the problem instead of treating symptoms like other providers suggested. I’ve received so much positive healing that I’ve completed trainings to learn more and be able to help others understand the importance of wholistic healthcare.

Love the staff at WCC. There are so many amazing modalities to help heal from a Wholistic approach. CJ + Terri are truly fantastic practitioners as well. I drive over an hour to the clinic because having Wholistic Wellness Center on my healthcare team is worth it!

When we first started coming to WWC, it was to help with some of my Daughter’s symptoms with Epilepsy. While her anti-seizure meds were preventing the seizures, she was still “off” and not her normal self. We especially noticed this when she was playing softball. We met Dr CJ for the first time and with an adjustment and QN, she was able to help my Daughter’s “lights to turn back on” and we noticed a huge change at her games later that day. I’m talking night and da difference. We didn’t realize just how bad she was feeling until she was feeling better. Over time, things had continued to improve and I know for a fact that WWC and the work that Dr CJ did with Brenna helped prepare her body for brain surgery back in February 2022. They also helped with her healing process after surgery which just blows me away.

That is just 1 member in our family, both my husband and I along with our 2 boys have also been treated by Dr CJ and WWC and we cannot recommend them enough!

I was in a car accident in December of 2017. I suffered a severe concussion and was left with traumatic physical, mental and emotional aftermath.

I was sent to a neurologist and put on medication to help manage my headaches, with the goal that I would eventually be able to discontinue them. 4 YEARS of simply "adjusting" the meds. Any attempt to decrease the meds meant headaches would increase, so my daily dosage was nothing more than a never-ending rollercoaster. I felt as though I would be taking those pills for the rest of my life, because it got to the point where I could not function without them. I did NOT want to remain dependent on them, and I felt utterly defeated all because someone carelessly ran a red light.

I was referred to the clinic by two close friends who were frequent patients to WWC. At the time, they were advertising techniques that would help with frequent headaches. I knew if I didn't change something, then nothing would change.

I am happy to say, that I have been off those ugly little pills for almost a year now. It has been an amazing process, with amazing techniques, knowledgeable technicians and chiropractors.

Wholistic Wellness does not use band-aids to temporarily treat a problem the way some doctors do with prescription medications. They will dig deeper, to the root of the problem, and remove it completely.

I have also entrusted my young son to their care to help with his struggles. I cannot deny the obvious improvement and the positive impact this has made in our lives.

Because of the progress we both have been making, our visits are less frequent, (which secretly make me sad, simply because I view them as a "spa" getaway for myself nowadays.) But I cannot recommend them more.

Doctor CJ has helped restore my health by giving me the tools to heal my gut, balance my hormones and maintain balance through all areas of my health. She truly cares about her patients and their health which shows through her intentionality in her work.

I've been a client of Julie's for about 5 years now. She has been the one that’s guided me in some of the biggest blessings I've ever received. Struggling with weight for as long as I can remember, my earliest memories as a child include being so much bigger than my friends & hating myself. This self-hatred led to a lot of traumatic experiences in my life. I compulsively ate mostly due to un-treated OCD. I went to countless drs, nutritionists, every fad diet, etc. I gave up on ever being a normal weight. I accepted that I would never have a body I loved. In 11 years, my family of 4 hasn’t done family pics only due to my insecurities. I stumbled upon WWC after struggling with infertility for 2 yrs. Went to U of I, did all the tests, Hubs did too. No one could figure out what was wrong & every treatment failed. I went to WWC looking for acupuncture for 1 last shot at maybe having a pregnancy. I saw Dr. Cooper who recommended I see Julie for nutrition. At this point, after struggling & seeing so many drs, I didn’t have much hope. I saw her anyway, because I would try any diet. I had a habit of spending hundreds on random diet stuff a month anyway so why not? On this day, I gave up on pregnancy, not going to be in the cards for me. Then, I lost 30 lbs with Julie! I was sooo happy, & I was starting to accept & be okay with not having the child I had cried & tried so hard for. All of a sudden.. I'M PREGNANT! I truly believe that Julie discovered what my body was needing & recommended the supplements, food, & fitness suggestions I needed to get my body healthy enough to become pregnant. I also am forever thankful that my healthier body got pregnant, vs the one that was using the expensive fertility treatments. After giving birth, I struggled with mental health quite a bit & gained a ton of weight, got up to my highest. I started doing better mentally & lost 40 lbs on my own but hit a plateau I couldn't get past. I started going back to Julie about 5 months ago, & she got me right out of this plateau I had hit within a couple of weeks, & I'm THRIVING! I've lost an additional 45 lbs & I'm only 40 lbs away from a goal I had given up on years ago. I now see the light at the end of the tunnel. I feel better than ever, energy levels are great, and I sleep great. I could not have done it without her. The fact that I’m achieving things I had never thought I could do is giving me the confidence to set goals I never would have dreamed of before. From little things like going to a public pool with my family (hadn’t gone in 14 years), to big things, like family pictures someday & setting higher career goals. I’ve truly entered a new stage of life that for 20ish years didn’t believe I was worthy of. I still have work to do, but I know that with Julie by my side I will get it accomplished. Her attitude is also so contagious, so confident she can help. She was always positive, friendly, & easy to talk to. When I confided in her about how bad my binges were (something I ALWAYS downplayed to others, but I had gained such a trust in her), she never made me feel less than. In the past when I asked other professionals for help with my binging issue, they made me feel like I just had to stop. (Like I hadn’t been trying to just stop for years.) Julie looked at it like “Ok, what’s mis-balanced in her body causing this behavior?” She made me feel like it wasn’t my fault, the embarrassment started to fade, & she became my teammate. She's empowered me & taught me how to live healthier & happier. That's priceless. it’s so surreal when your prayers & wishes are finally answered. It's brought me to tears multiple times, I've thanked God for her over & over. I’ve been trying to figure out how you can actually express your gratitude to someone who has literally made your dreams come true. I don’t think you can, but I hope that if one person who’s struggling sees this & receives the help, I have from WWC, it’s the best way I can pay it forward.

Love, love, love this place and the people who work here. They truly do their best to make you feel and be better. Also like how they are often in front of technology and trends in the evolving world of wellness. Highly recommend!
