Post-derecho, we hired Serenity Windows and Siding to replace the siding on our home, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience! From the very beginning, the owners helped us choose the perfect color to accent the stone on our house and provided excellent suggestions on the style of siding. Their knowledge and attention to detail were fantastic, ensuring the final look was perfectly tailored to our home’s unique style.

We’re writing this review now because we recently asked Serenity back to assess damage from a hailstorm. Once again, hiring Serenity Windows and Siding proved to be the right choice. The installation was impressively quick—the crew worked efficiently and left our property clean at the end of each day. The quality of their work is outstanding; our home looks brand new!

Our experience with Serenity was exceptional, and we absolutely recommend them to everyone. Our home needed new siding to cover our existing wood siding, which also required significant repair before it could be covered (due to woodpeckers and water damage). Brian took time to explain our options, and was kind enough to give us multiple quotes since we had trouble making a decision.

After that we were quickly scheduled, received clear communications regarding what to expect, and then, even after having read all these reviews, we were still surprised at how efficiently the team worked and how our yard truly looked like they had never been there. If you are looking for a quality siding job, Serenity does the best job! We were amazed by the professionalism and detail of the crews that sided our house as well as replacement of all gutters. They did the job in a timely manner and if they ran into issues, they stayed long hours until it was done. Honestly, we have never seen workers so in sync! We had a couple of guys building a retaining wall for us at the same time and one of them pointed out the quality of work and stated that most companies do a terrible job around the windows so even he was amazed! We are very happy with this job and the owner Brian was a pleasure to work with.

Brian and his crew came in and replaced my windows, siding, and entry/storm doors after the August 2020 storm. Everything looks great! Working with Serenity, LLC Windows and Siding was a very positive experience. Owners, Brian and Amanda, came to our home to show us a newer siding product that was similar in appearance to wood, yet required minimal upkeep and was more cost effective than wood siding. After considering our options, we chose Alside Ascend 7” horizontal composite siding. It has the look of wood, never needs painting, has an insulated backing and is moisture resistant. In addition, we chose to use Alside vertical board and batten siding on our chimney. Following Brian’s suggestion, the Serenity crew framed our windows and doors with color matching aluminum. A new Pella sliding patio door and Pella windows were also installed by the crew. We are very pleased with the new appearance of our home! Brian and his crew took great care in updating the look of our home and making sure all aspects of the project were completed with integrity. They listened to us, answered our many questions, and worked with us on every aspect of the project. The crew arrived promptly to work each day and cleaned up the work areas around our house daily. As well as receiving the Ascend Lifetime Limited Warranty for our siding, Brian assured us if there was ever an issue with materials or workmanship following installation, Serenity, LLC would remedy the concern.

After 3 years of dragging their feet, our derecho contractor said they no longer had anyone to install the windows they ordered.

After exhausting several contractors to install a $2700 dollar set of French doors in my family room whom they said I was stuck with due to a sizing issue, he came in and said no problem it is as good as done.After telling him the story he signed and said there is no such thing as it cannot be done.P.S. he came in installed them and there was no issues.They are bueatiful and Brian is a professional and a pleasure to work with.I highly recommend them for everything, even the impossible. Brian and his crew are conscientious and hard working. If you need windows or siding, give them a call, you won't be sorry. And they do snow removal too.

I contacted Brian and Serenity to get a quote as I planned on replacing windows and siding on my 'old home with good bones.' I got 4 or 5 quotes, of which he was the lowest among qualified, licensed contractors. I was tempted with offers of financing or flashy marketing, but at the end of the day I'd seen his work and the quality of his crews. I signed on to have them do the siding only at first - shortly before they started the job circumstances aligned and I realized there would be no better time to upgrade the windows to dual pane high efficiency than at the same time as the siding.

Midway into the teardown of the old sunporch, he let me know the newer roof and structural beams were good, and reminded me of his original vision for a covered front porch newly constructed. I pinched a few pennies and managed to fit it into the budget.

His team pulled off a rebirth for my house, it looks amazing. I have had onlookers and more neighbors than I can count praising the transformation, it's been weeks and the stopping and gawking continues from those who saw the house before.

I was glad I trusted Brian and his team to implement their vision, which came to fruition beautifully. His guys were fantastic, they were thorough and they deliver what they promise. Would recommend 10/10 and use them again, which I will for my garage once it's built!
