Feldco Windows, Siding & Doors

I have only been employed with Feldco for about 6 weeks, however it is one of the best places for employment that I have ever encountered. Tom McDermott my GM and Brock Stuart my regional manager are always open to any ideas I have or any questions I have. I am proud to be a part of the Feldco company

Firstly, the sales process was super seamless. They sent me Michael who showed up on time, very knowledgeable and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation. He explained the window nuances, dissected the windows and showcased everything one needs to know - Now I can differentiate good window vs cheap window. He then proceeded to take measurements and numbered the windows - btw, until the end of the install, everyone followed the numbering to the DOT.
He ran the numbers, included the discounts, kept everything pretty transparent and obliged me additional discount request, checked with is boss and approved it. Michael helped me with the finance plan which made sense to me rather paying lump sum off my pocket, hence took advantage of finance plan and it was set up almost instantly and that was approved as well. Ofcourse, I had 100 questions during the entire time and Michael answered all those questions and that helped me decide to proceed with Michael, Feldco.

Installation - We had 10 windows to be replaced. The crew came in as planned, got to work, very professional, went about replacing all the 10 windows in 2 days. The crew cleaned up every single spot and kept it clean. The TL walked with me to inspect all the installed windows and confirmed that am satisfied with everything.

Net-Net, this is a big project which Feldco (Sales & Install) executed in a professional, friendly and non invasive manner. Highly Recommend Feldco. If there are questions/feedback, pls feel free to reach out - I can share pics as requested and help with decision making.

After hearing that my Aunt had a great experience with Cody at Feldco, I decided to give them a call to get an estimate for new basement windows. The current windows are original to my 1952 home. Cody arrive on time and was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable! As I currently have multiple home projects underway and going to start a new job, he and his manager, Tom M. Worked to set me up with 0% financing and a payment plan that worked for me to get this going!

I can’t wait to see what a difference these new windows will make. Final measurements already scheduled for this Friday! 😁

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the amazing window company that’s working on our house. Cody who came out to measure was professional, efficient, and the quality of their work is top-notch. This review concerns Jesse, Feldco's Sales Rep, who came to our house today to estimate window replacement. Jesse is very knowledgeable about the products Feldco offers and he took his time answering many questions.

I appreciate Jesse's professionalism; he wanted to know what my expectations were and he worked around that instead of just trying to get a sale. He was easy to talk to and was genuine and truthful.

One of the best qualities Jesse showed was how he included me, a woman, in the decision-making process and not addressing only my husband. Smart move, Jesse!

For the quoting process, Matt was great. It was clear he was knowledgeable about the company and products but had a laid-back professionalism about him that was 0 pressure. When discussion of financing came up, he was very understanding of our situation and did what he could to help. He was on time and so was the gentleman who measured for our windows. Windows have been order (as of Monday June 12th) so I cannot comment on further aspects on the process. So far, very pleased!

I have used Feldco rep, Michael Jameson, on two separate home improvement projects over the past few years. One for a window replacement, the other for a siding, fascia and soffit project. Michael is highly personable and does a great job explaining the product. He's easy to get ahold of with any and all questions you may have throughout the entire process. I am very pleased with both of our projects through him and Feldco. I highly recommend giving them a look for any exterior home improvement projects.

Me and my wife had 2 doors put in the back door and front entry door with sidelights. The installation took less then 4hrs they gave me call 10 min before there where arriving and and they were right on schedule. He was verey friendly, Professional, knowledgeable and he had a passion for doors. We are very please with the to doors. We will be going threw them again for a windows and siding.

I recently purchased a storm door from Feldco in Cedar Rapids. Matt was great! He was informative about the product and highly personable. He made sure the whole process went smooth and as quickly as possible. I absolutely LOVE my new door. I will definitely use them again in the future and I recommend them to anyone needing windows, siding, or doors.

We are currently in the middle of our 2nd window project with Feldco. The process has been incredibly easy - our sales rep, Matt, the gentleman who measures and the installer are all GREAT! They set proper expectations/timelines and have met each or exceeded each one. We have had zero issues with our windows, they look great and function as promised. Highly recommend!

Feldco is by far the best company to purchase windows and doors from, period! When we decided it was time to purchase new windows and doors for our home we made several inquiries to different companies for estimates. The rep from Feldco was the only one that came completely prepared to take us step by step through the process. Not only did he have samples of the construction and materials of the windows and doors, but he was able to explain the whole process to us. He was able to answer all of the questions that we had for him. When we decided that we liked what we heard, we started talking prices, we were expecting Feldco to be a little higher than most, but...actually we got a better product(s) for about the same price. We were so impressed that we got not only the 2 windows we originally wanted/needed replaced but we also replaced the front door, storm door, and the door leading out to our garage. We also have plans in the works on having ALL of the other windows in the house replaced by, yes, you guessed it, FELDCO. :-) I highly recommend this company. Not only was the sales rep friendly and knowledgeable but the guys that came to do the work was friendly and knew what they were doing. They also cleaned up after themselves to the point that they swept the whole carpet on our front porch! Thanks guys, saved me from doing it. ;-)

This is the second time contacting Feldco windows to get more installed. They do a great job very professional and great customer service. I had a large French door installed also looks great no issues. I recommend everyone to contact them 5 star service.

Had a great experience with Feldco from start to finish! They were very prompt and the windows were installed 2 weeks after ordering. The quality of the double hung windows was definitely a step above from other places I checked out. I can already tell a difference in the rooms with the new windows, they stay much cooler and the outdoor noise level is also less. I’m so happy with my new windows and will be using Feldco in the future to have more windows replaced.

We chose Feldco as our vendor for replacing our 40 year old windows. Our sales rep was awesome and so responsive to my questions no matter the time of day or day of the week. The installers were so efficient and courteous to my husbands work schedule whereby he needs to sleep during the day. I would recommend Feldco to anyone looking to replace windows.

Extremely satisfied from beginning to end with the Feldco process. You will not regret working with this company. Will definitely recommend. Don't go with the bigger name companies. These guys treat you SUPERB and are super proficient with very competitive prices.

Feldco did a great job on our windows & sliding glass door. We were told by a few contractors that it would be too difficult a job. They finished the job in less time than they quoted us at, a lower cost than other companies, & assured us the job would not be too difficult for them to accomplish. They did a terrific job & were very friendly.
