Jason was very awesome. He was so helpful, and he never made me feel bad for not being able to make payments. We ended our agreement early due to some financial restrictions, and he was very helpful and friendly. Even though our couch was damaged, he had no issues taking it back which was AWESOME. As soon as we get finances back, I would love to come back through them because they were so professional and friendly, and I didn't feel like they were just after us for money!!!

I had a good experience, it was really easy to order and get my card of file for autopay.

I needed a frigerator on short notice as mine went out. I don't have good credit but a refrigerator is a need. So I checked out what they had in stock and picked what fit my needs. I didn't choose the most expensive. I chose what payments fit my budget. No sales people pushed me to choose differently and I appreciate that respect. I had my frigerator delivered and installed with no issues. I broke the light switch in my freezer and the staff was so helpful. They informed me it was in my warranty even though I broke it. I got to work first hand with their parts guy and he was so knowledgeable. I received the part that I broke and my freezer has a light that turns back on when the door is opened.I appreciate a business that help people when we are not perfect but I also have held up my end of the bargain and have never been late on a payment. Thank you for helping me when the rest of the world sees me as a risk.

I have been going to this specific Rent A Center for over 10 years now and the people here know me very well. Very nice and work with me during difficult times really m. I enjoy coming to this particular establishment for my furniture rental needs
