Oak Tree Farm Subdivision

I love this subdivision!!!!! Great club house, fantastic pool with lifeguards, tennis court and two parks within walking distance which one has a spray park!!! I feel you can't beat it especially when you have the best neighbors!!!!

Great community and place to live!

This is home base for my kids' swim team. Nice enough facility, in my opinion.

Usually fine, but they can't seem to get the pool open. Never had an issue before, but this year they can't get it working. Disappointing, as my kids are very upset at not being able to swim after school let out.

If you love getting letters about blades of grass being out of place. If you love Karens letting their dog sh!t in your yard. If you love being threatened by retired old men with no life. If you want creepy old men to constantly take pictures of your house, then let me introduce you to the biggest clown show of the HOA world. The people that volunteer have no life, so they regularly patrol the neighborhood with their cameras, looking for violations. There are fences falling down left and right, yet you have to submit plot maps and architect drawings and wait for 2 weeks for some goofballs to approve a replacement. The neighbors are great, but the HOA is terrible. I'm willing to bet the only positive reviews they have are from themselves. Absolutely horrendous group of useless skinbags.
