Just want to say thank you again to Nicky and Thomas for the great service! They were the only two people working on shift and they did a really good job servicing everyone as fast and as best they could. When they finally got to my blown drive tire, they completed the replacement in 15-20 minutes. I really appreciated it, especially being the only two there.

Once I park my trailer I realized I had a blowout Southern Tire Mart worked me into their busy schedule. Waited about 2 hours to get called into the bay but once inside they completed the work quickly. Thanks Trinity and the boys for keeping America rolling.

They thought they had to replace brakes on my drives, but when they really inspected them and pulled them apart They found that they did not need to do it, and instead of selling me them anyway. They told me of their mistake And honored it. Muhmoud is very good Mechanic. Stephanie is a wonderful administrator.

The folks there were outstanding nice polite and jumped right on it and got me up and running.
The manager Tommy made sure the job was complete with no problems and he was efficient in getting the work done

The General Manager Tommy at the Southern Tire Mart in Hagerstown MD and his team, they are friendly, awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable at there job, 5 star service I highly recommend you go there for your tire and service needs.

Staff is super friendly manager is awesome and very helpful and the girl at the counter is really nice. very fast and awesome customer service got me right in the way and fixed my tire quick as possible

This is hands down THE BEST repair shop in Hagerstown. Very professional service and staff. Thomas went above and beyond to help me with a flat tire on this snowy evening. I don’t know if I would’ve made it home without his prompt help. Thank you soo very much 🙏

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place not only for GREAT, EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE but also the fact that it is CONVENIENTLY LOCATED behind the Pilot gas station, the entrance is easily accessible across from the AC&T travel canter.
PS: they’re open until late, when most repair shops have shut their doors, they’re ready to save the day!!

Excellent service! They answered quickly, late in the evening, and in less than an hour my car hauler was on the road again. Tommy and company very professional and helpful, I recommend them to all drivers.

Awesome team of professionals. Plus the branch is in a perfect location next to AC&T store where you can do all your truck stop shopping and showers. I would like to Thank, Trinity, Dalton, and Chance for helping with a unpleasant experience at another shop. Trinity was very professional, respectful and was able to get me in the shop, very organized. Dalton and Chance fixed our issue explaining everything they were doing and what they had found and what the other shop did not tell us which was both of our hubs were leaking. Both Mechanics were very respectful with our truck which means alot as a Owner-Operator, they go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The Asst. Manager and Manager of this shop should be very pleased with them and their work ethic and as hard as it is to find people that want to work should make sure not to lose the 3 of them! Another plus the shop is very clean! We live in the surrounding area and will be back. Thanks again for taking what started out during the day to be a bad day and making it more tolerable by the Awesome service we received! I would highly recommed this Shop!! My Dad Heri (Glory Transport) did his oil change here and was helped by the manager Thomas. Thomas was very kind and helpful. Thomas Made everything very easy and was at his service. He showed great customer service and Glory Transport definitely recommends this place. Will definitely be returning again
