The staff were all very helpful & explained in detail everything perfectly to someone who is new to owning firearms. They made me feel safe and had a great selection of all products. The store was very clean and well organized and that made finding different products that were recommended easy.

I've never had a bad experience at Hafer's. Last time I bought a rifle there, it was very painless. I was approved and ready to purchase before I found the ammo I needed. They are always helpful. And even on a busy day, they were around to help right away. They have a very wide selection. Their prices are reasonable and I got a great deal on the weapon that I purchased. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic shop!!!! This is their second shop, I have spent many many days in their first one. They have an excellent selection of guns, accessories and reloading components and a great staff that is always willing to help!!! Highly Highly recommended!!!

Hafer’s has the most personable and knowledgeable staff in the area, gun shop or otherwise. I’ve been to every shop in the county and I keep coming back. In general most gun shop workers seem to be irritated that you’re in their store. Hafers is the complete opposite, if you are someone looking to purchase your first firearm GO HERE. Highly recommend for newbies and lifelong enthusiasts alike. Great selection beyond just the super popular brand like Glock, Sig and S&W and fair prices.

Staff are very freindly prices are some what fair and great selection of everything firearms related. If you have a question about anything someone will definitely try to find and answer. The benefit of having two locations but remaining a mom pop is really nice.

Very nice shop with polite staff. You can touch/hold most of the guns here and get a better idea of what you like instead of everything being off limits. They offer a great selection. I'll definitely be back. 🔫

They have everything, went in there for some ammo and couldn't belive the large selection they have and friendly staff.

Attended MD permit training course. Tim was very personable. Jeremy & Rachel was very helpful. Overall the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed myself and learned a lot. Feel very confident in the knowledge given to me and would recommend the course or range to others.

Brand new to the Falling Waters WV area. Fully stocked and many and I mean many items to buy. Extremely clean and very well kept. They always have employees on the floor eager to help and answer questions which are phenomenal customer service. It's a small business owner but the store is anything but small! Patronize small businesses like this one instead of the larger corporation. Prices are also great. If you're a hunter then this is exactly where you want to go because they are fully stocked with everything you need.

(Falling Waters location.) Last time I was here I bought reloading supplies. They always seem to have everything I need. This time I was looking for a revolver in .22. April greeted us as we came in. Friendly, professional and very helpful. I asked to see what they had in .22 revolvers and she pulled out a drawer and show me exactly what I was looking for. I also bought 3 boxes of ammo and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. Awesome. I'll be back

This is a nice gun shop with very nice people. I have been wanting to purchase a 1911 for a long time and decideed to go to a shop and take a look. This is a new shop in the area so I figured I would check it out. Will was awesome and very helpful. It took me a while in the shop to decide on which to purchase and he was helpful and patient the entire time. He also took the time to help me pick out a holster to fit my style of carry. I feel great about the price and the customer service could not have been better!!!
I looked around the shop before checking out the 1911's and several of the employees asked if I needed help with anything and I never felt like they were pushy. They were simply checking to see if I needed anything. I definitely found my new gun shop.
