Stop here often. Staff always friendly and pleasant. Competitive prices on fuel for the area.

Overnight parking a bit on the small side for big rigs. No separate RV fuel lane or parking.

Everytime my husband and I stop by the staff is so friendly, especially the manager Megan, she seems to always be there when we stop and she always is so pleasant and is one of the reasons we stop here instead of other options in the area! Restrooms and showers are always clean and stocked! Such a refreshing place to stop on the road!

This is a nice stop. The store is clean, bathrooms are renovated and clean. Good food selection. It is a nice convenience store, it has pretty much everything you need.

Semi parking is hectic and really needs to be larger. Semis make wide turns and the tight parking lot makes parking hazardous due to having to reverse almost everywhere a parking place is.

Nice location. Friday night 530 and still tons of parking for your truck!! Subway eat fest is here!

Very clean place to break during a road trip. The bathrooms were very clean and smelled great. In fact, an employee was making rounds while I was in there and it was freshly spritzed with something that smelled wonderful. Big store inside, larger than most regular sized gas stations. We felt safe with our family at this stop.I recommend!

Stopped at 8:30 pm on a Sunday night. The staff was super friendly and the store was really clean....even the bathrooms. Definitely a great place for a pit stop.

I visited your store today on Greencastle Pike in Hagerstown, It was very busy and only one cashier. Her name was Tamera, not only was she extremely busy, she handled the situation and was very friendly and nice. My credit card was declined, I tried another one and it was also declined. At this point, she reached into her coat pocket and bought my meal. She is an asset to your store

Stopped in for a cup of coffee, almost fell asleep at the wheel. Left my wallet on the counter and the lady checking took it to their safe. My son, 88 miles away, located the stor and called and they told him they had my wallet. All contents were there, including the over $300 in cash.

Quick, clean, and easy. Stopped by for gas, used the restrooms, and bought a Monster at 3:30 am. It was really quick to get gas. The restrooms were super clean. Also there was multiple of urinals and stalls which makes that a no problem. Very easy to find whatever you are looking for. Like said, things were quick, clean, and easy overall. Was not able to get a few picures of the place but I definitely recommend this place! I would come back here again if I needed anything else.

Very nice here. The guy at the desk, a middle aged white gentleman, I did not ask his name was polite and offered service each time I came through, and another guy who worked there, another middle aged white gentleman, was cleaning restroom, and found my headset, left on top of towel dispenser and gave to guy at desk to hold until someone came looking for it.

I went in there yesterday (Christmas Day) specifically looking for Frosted Flakes cereal. The young gentleman working there was very helpful. He informed me he hadn't gotten anyone any presents then proceeded to pay for my purchase. Bless that young man, I would love to thank him again but I failed to get his name.

Stopped today at 2pm. Both front and back parking lots were FULL yet the store and bathrooms were clean. Coffee/soda stations wiped off and clean. THANK YOU to the staff for keeping up with the busy pace of customers coming in and out!!

I stop by at this gas station for fuel and went inside for my receipt and to pay for scale your employee “Lily” at the register was very professional, friendly am so happy by her coustmer service . Thank you. I will definitely be back to this spot!!!!

I am not a trucker, so I would like to mention that Pilot is not just for truckers. I liked this Pilot travel center. The bathrooms were clean (they were, I'm serious). I ate at the Subway, which was a standard Subway - good staff, good food. And I succumbed to a cinnabon. I hadn't had one in at least a year, I couldn't resist. The gas pumps worked like they should.
