Patrick Dowie is an outstanding project manager. He expertly guided his team through the repair/renovation from water damage of our Master bedroom, bathroom and closets. He listened to what we wanted to happen and he searched for a contractor who could repair our vanity vs replacing. He is a hands on manager keeping us informed on the progress of each stage and what the next step would be. We especially like how his team daily cleaned up and minimized the dust as much as possible. Definitely a 5 Star performance. Highly recommend Paul Davis for repairs or renovations.

We returned from vacation to find a pipe had been leaking inside our foyer closet wall. The entire closet and stairwell was wet and moldy. The water mitigation team came right away and did an excellent job of removing and cleaning all the water damage and mold. We were luckily assigned Carlos as our project manager. He kept us informed and updated throughout the process. During this stressful time he made it a little easier to get through it. Also a big thanks to Juan and his crew for doing an outstanding job putting our house back to better than it was.

This is a high commendation on Tim Williams and the subcontractors of Paul Davis. The mold mitigation team was fast, effective, and efficient but Tim played a much more challenging role in coordinating the restoration of flooring, dry wall, trim work, plumbing and relocation of furnishings in my home. The quality of craftsmanship provided is even far greater than it was before the flood. Tim performed miracles in getting the work scheduled during the one week that was best for me. He is very professional, has a strong work ethic and even contacted me over the weekends to make sure everything was going well. Tim even helps out the hard working crews subcontracted when he thinks he needs to so the job is done on time. I was very impressed with Jesus and his crew and must include Victor the plumber. Victor was very knowledgeable and helped me make a decision on water heaters. He even taught me how to turn the water off at the main. These are people that not only deliver but they care, too, and you can tell it. My furnishings were handled with kid gloves and so was my house. I have an heirloom china cabinet that is not replaceable. One of the doors was warped and had not closed in 20 years. Tim resolved the problem when they had to move it and the door now closes again. Amazing!!! Above and beyond is an understatement. If your house ever floods, call TIM WILLIAMS at Paul Davis!!!

Paul Davis did an excellent job with our restoration! Project Manager Jose Lopez was in constant communications throughout the process, whether it was text or phone call. We could not have asked for a better manager. Cruz Remodeling did excellent custom work. They gave us exactly what we wanted, and the work was always quality the first time.

Daniel and his team were amazing to work with. From the first meeting to the last they are detailed oriented and listen to what your wants and needs are and will go above and beyond to make it happen. The contractor used for the repair was CFS Flooring and that team was amazing. The owner was there daily to walk thru with you and let you know what was going on and if there are any issues and fix issues right then. I cant say enough about Paul Davis and their crews. I have already recommended them to several friends and will continue. People that see the work they did are amazed. Great job guys. Keep up the good work.

After we had a leak and had another company do the water mitigation Team did a wonderful job putting things back together, worked with the insurance company and took care of everything. Wish we had called them first and had them do the whole thing

Without question and without peer, Paul Davis Restoration of Huntsville, AL and Lead Project Manager Mr. Brian Henson, whom I call Commanding General, and the entire Staff have been nothing but SUPERB for 6 water damage claims in our home since 2017. Every intricate detail from the paper work to the water mitigation, mold mitigation, and reconstruction has unequivocally been done with astute meticulous attention to detail. Every payment is tracked with precision and every aspect of all the six repairs have been done to PERFECTION!!! I had never heard of Paul Davis until USAA recommended them to us for our first water damage claim that occurred August 2017. The most recent one was earlier this year for water damage in the kitchen and the roof. Over 500 sq of ceramic tile had to be replaced and black mold removed from the kitchen and the crawl space due to a break in the water line from the dishwasher and internal water leaks in the kitchen area windows coming from the roof. I can't say enough about the professional acumen led by Mr. Brian Henson and the entire Team of Professionals at Paul Davis - Huntsville, Alabama!! They have my VOTE and Pledge to take care of any claims or normal reconstruction for my home now or in the future.

I had extensive water damage when a hot water pipe broke suddenly in the middle of the night. Paul Davis Company arrived quickly and mitigated the immediate problems. The process of repair to my home has just begun and all is going well.

In January we had an ice dam on the roof and meltwater coming into the house. My daughter’s room, our dining room, and our garage suffered extensive damage to walls, ceiling, and floors.

Paul Davis Restoration of Huntsville’s Senior Supervisor Miguel Sanchez came out to evaluate the damage and his team quickly opened the walls and used dehumidifiers and fans to dry the wall interiors to prevent mold.

Paul Davis Reconstruction Department Manager Ryan Sivak worked with our insurer, USAA, to evaluate the damage and cost to repair. Ryan was able to find a few things the USAA inspector missed and worked to get them approved.

With that phase complete, Paul Davis Project Manager Bill Robinson educated us on next steps while coordinating timelines for completion, materials selections, work scheduling, and contract matters.

Jeremy Lawrence of Madison Flooring was very helpful in giving us options for paint, flooring, and carpet and coordinated with Paul Davis estimators to get us best value for our replacement flooring.

Mayra Sandoval, of Sandoval Remodeling, directed her team of quiet professionals in completing the bulk of the drywall, trim and paintwork, comprising two interior rooms and a garage, with excellent results.

Garcia Flooring installed the hardwood and Mr. Adam Atchley refinished our dining room to a T, making it the best-looking floor in the house.

We are waiting for some no-longer-manufactured trim to be fabricated and the job will be done! Overall we are very satisfied with Paul Davis and their partners and would recommend them to anyone.

Noelle and her team did an excellent job after my kitchen and living room sustained water damage. They stayed in touch with me during the entire process and made it so easy! It was very professional, and the work was excellent!

This company is amazing. They came immediately when we had a leak in our bathroom. My husband is disabled and this was the only shower he could use. I stressed an urgency to get the repairs done. I dealt with Dennis, Eric and Patrick mainly. They treated me with respect and always responded to my inquiries promptly. The teams they chose to do the repairs were exceptional and respectful of our privacy. According to the insurance company the restoration was estimated to take 90 days. Paul Davis expedited the work and related to the claims adjuster getting the claim paid and work done in about 30 days. I couldn't be more satisfied with the finished bathroom. We used Paul Davis to repair two bedrooms and a bathroom after a pipe burst in the wall a month ago. They assign a project manager to you and he or she coordinates all activities supporting the repair process. A low stress approach for repairing damage. I would highly recommend using Paul Davis to anyone who has a need to make repairs. I recommended them to a friend who experience flooding from a burst pipe as well. No hassle no stress approach for managing subcontractors doing repairs.

Changing the floors for my entire house was tedious work for me, but Jose the project manager assigned to my house made it pleasant. He went above and beyond offering samples, places I could visit…he was always respectful, patient and the time the work being completed he always addressed my all my concerns. I will highly recommend PD just because of my experience with the project manager. Thank you Jose for the hard work, patience, and excellent customer service.

I have used Paul Davis a couple of times for home projects and both times they did an excellent job. My most recent project was with Tim Williams as the General Contractor. He was awesome! He did not waste any time getting the ball rolling and he made sure that I was satisfied with everything that was done. Tim is very professional, responsive, and he made sure the job was completed in a timely manner. Very happy to have everything completed before the holidays!

Once approved by home owners insurance the Paul Davis Team went to work. Very happy with the results. Our Project Manager Caleb Durham, was readily available, friendly and professional, responded promptly and communicated with us and his team well. The entire team was respectful of our home and property. We're happy and very satisfied with the results. Its like a new remodeled home for us, after almost 25 years.

Paul Davis was the contractor chosen by our insurance company when we had a water leak. They were very professional to deal with. Our job supervisor, Jose, kept us up to date on details of the job and worked with us when we were unable to be at the house for various reasons. He was either at the house or called nearly every day, ensuring what was supposed to be done was done and making sure we were happy with the progress.
