Had an awesome crew ( Andres Perez, Jordan Sanchez, and Sergio Roman) do such an amazing job with my foundation! They were there for 3 days and kept me updated throughout the job ! Kept a clean job site and were very professional. I greatly appreciate everything they did to get my home back on the right track ! Highly recommended !

Jesus, Will, and Dakota did an amazing job!! They were at our house for 5 days and completely tore out and re-did two rooms. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves but more than anything they went the extra mile to make sure that the work was done properly. I really appreciate all they did!!

Had an old beam and floor joists repaired by AFS, Justin Brock and Jay Kane, completed the work. They were on time, communicated throughout the process, and answered all of my questions. I also got a couple of quotes from other crawlspace companies and AFS was affordable/able to do a payment plan and only sold me on services I needed and not extra unnecessary stuff. I will use them in the future for any other crawlspace projects in the future.

Amazing work! The concrete decking around my inground pool was sinking in toward the steps. It was pretty bad and we kept tripping on it. Other recommended companies took one look and said they wouldn’t touch it. But George assured me that Gavin could take care of it no problem and he did! Gavin and Aaron came out and got to work and within no time the entire pool deck had been leveled all for way under what other companies had quoted me without fixing my main issue. So thanks Gavin, Aaron, and George! You guys rock! 🤘🏼

Great experience with AFS and especially the installation team of Kevin, Eris, and Nathan. Very prompt, focused on details, and thorough. Not cheap, but a solid investment in protecting the home and increasing HVAC efficiency as well as odor elimination. Highly recommended! Oh, and so sorry about the rat snake the guys had to evict from our crawl space!!

Highly Recommend. My home purchased in 2022 came with an encapsulated crawlspace previously installed by AFS. We were able to transfer the bond and have been using their services since. We recently needed to address issues with the main support girder and raising some sagging floor joists. The whole process was seamless. From scheduling to the finish of the installation. 10/10 Tyler Whitt was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The installation team with Antonio Villalobos, Rene and Jose were excellent with communication and the quality of work they provided. Thank you AFS!

Our technician, Zach Graham, was very knowledgeable and was thorough in explaining what was causing our issue and he made sure we understood what needed to be done to fix it. We never felt rushed and he answered all our questions. He has continued to follow up with us as we have been getting work done to resolve the issue. We are very pleased.

I recently had a consultation with AFS for some foundation repairs, and so far, the experience has been excellent. Reid came to my home and took the time to really understand the issues I’m facing. He carefully explained all the options available to me in a way that was easy to understand, which made me feel confident in the decisions we’re making together.

While the work hasn’t been done yet, the process of scheduling everything has been smooth and efficient. Reid has been incredibly responsive, answering all my questions and ensuring that I’m comfortable with the plan moving forward. AFS was here for 4 days, during that time, Riley, Nathon, Alex G, Alex O and Ricardo worked very hard and were very thorough! I haven’t had work like this done in a previous home, but our crawl space looks amazing now! It literally looks like we could camp out down there and not be concerned with anything. I loved seeing the before and after photos and would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Tyler Whitt took his time and did a very thorough job of my crawl space and the garage. He made me aware of two different issues that I need to address. Which I will in the near future.

Last week, Tyler Whitt performed my annual inspection and checkup of encapsulation and equipment. He was extremely thorough and conscientious about the work. He even took pictures of the space under my house so I could see what it all looked like. I had never seen the space since I can’t go under the house! I was very impressed with his knowledge, experience and attention to detail. He’s tops in my book!

Thursday Donald,Rene and Nathan came out to do a garage lift and did a fabulous job. Very efficient and professional not to mention fast and cleaned up immediately.
Friday Gavin and Aaron came out to do the polyurethane lift in three locations. Garage floor,patio and then to the front sidewalk.
Excellent job that went fast and again efficient.
Cleaned up and gave a detailed description of what was done and if I had any questions about the job they provided.
Such an amazing service from AFS.

Shawn Fleck provided repairs at our daughter’s home and the work was flawless. He is highly skilled and knew what needed to be done and did it quickly. She needed an access panel to utilities that run from external laundry room to the main house. Shawn knows AFS. Need more Shawns in this world!! Thanks.
