Over the course of about roughly 10 months or so she learned what was valuable to my husband and I to find us the perfect compromise of our new home! 5 Star Realty made being a landlord super easy! Definitely worth it!

When I first considered buying an investment property, I was intimidated about the prospect of being a landlord. The process of finding and screening tenants, ensuring that all the documents are in compliance with the law, and personally collecting rent was overwhelming.

Luckily, I purchased the investment property from an agent at 5 Star Realty, Mario Waker (He is amazing.) who was able to connect me with their Property Management Division. The 5 Star Realty Property Management team told me that they could handle matters related to the tenants, INCLUDING collecting rent.

Most of all, they found a renter within a week of putting the house up for rent! That really exceed my expectations. Since then, I have only been collecting rental income.

I get to have no contact with the tenants (which I asked for) and to collect my rental income while my investment appreciates.
