My experience with Murphy Homes and all of their staff has been very positive. This includes Jim Graham, Trenton, Sarah and Amy! From beginning to end I appreciated their organization and smart use of technology that allowed me to envision the home I have now which I love. At all times they were honest and forth coming even when there were supply chain issues which were affecting all construction they continued to apprise me honestly when things arose. They have been responsive through out and easy to communicate with. I watched the entire process and feel they have delivered not only a beautiful home, but also a great value and well built home. Murphy Homes exceeded our expectations by building our personalized home! The level of finishes were in between a custom home and your typical “cookie cutter” home. We had dog houses built under our stairs and are so happy with how they turned out! The standard level finishes for us included granite, marble style tile for our bathrooms and even extending our daughters closet. Though our wait was longer than expected, Murphy Homes kept us in the loop at all times. Jim Graham was our point of contact and was very personable, professional and understanding. We are so satisfied with our first home, cannot thank the team at Murphy Homes enough for a great experience!

My experience with Murphy Homes has been great. Communication was excellent. Starting off with selection with Megan, she was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in making selections, organization, and truly a professional in her field. Cms were great and communicated the schedule and walks with very clear details. Warranty department was fast and organized. And all the office personnel were always very friendly and great people. We recently built with Murphy Homes and were very pleased with the process, from start to finish. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The design appointment was a little stressful because of all of the decisions, but the design team was amazing in helping guide us along the way. The construction manager, Nicholas, was by far the best we've ever seen. He was involved in every aspect of the build, always available to answer questions, an he genuinely cared about our home. My wife, kids, and I are all very pleased to have chosen Murphy Homes as our builder, and would gladly choose them again.

Murphy Homes is one of the best builders in the area. Their customer service is above and beyond, and their staff is committed to making sure each home is individualized. If you want a custom home feel without the custom home price, they are the builder to use. Meg in the design center is fabulous and has great style and is committed to helping customers achieve their dream home!

Jim Graham was the agent over my neighborhood when I purchased my home and he continued to be a resource even after closing. He made the experience of buying a new home seem easy and light. This month, I purchased a Murphy Home. The process began for me during the Christmas season. From the day I visited the home to the day of closing, my experience with Murphy Homes was amazing. The customer service from all involved was top-notch! Specifically, I want to thank Mr. Jahmai Hodges, who is the current agent for the community in which I purchased my home. As he worked alongside my agent, I experienced top-notch customer service. Mr. Hodges was extremely nice, warm, welcoming, and overall quick in his communication and assistance regarding the purchase of my new home. One day during the buying process, I received a text from Mr. Hodges, showing that he placed the "SOLD" sign in the yard. It truly made my day. Also, I do not remember the gentleman's name at the moment, but also, a huge thank you to the gentlemen at the first walk-through of my new build. In detail, he explained all of the features in my home, and how everything worked. An additional thank to the other gentleman who was alongside him, he explained more information to me at the final walk-through and handed over the keys to the home. The Murphy home was my first new build, and the entire experience was amazing for me. They've got to be the CFA of Homes in the North Alabama region (if you know, you know--as the social media gurus say, lol). The customer service truly is top notch.
