Her friendly demeanor and unwavering support made the intimidating process of buying my first home feel like a breeze. She went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of every step of the way. With Jennifer and the rest of the Valor team by my side, including my trusted realtor, I felt confident and supported throughout the entire journey. I couldn't be happier with my new home and the exceptional service I received. Five stars all the way!

Joel Sapp provided excellent service during the warranty repairs at our house. He was punctual, professional, and efficient in addressing all the issues. His quality of work is top-notch l, ensuring everything was done right the first time. Thank you Joel for your services and being a great professional!

We worked with Shoan for our two-month warranty check and are very pleased with the outcome. He addressed all the items on our list and did a wonderful job fixing everything! He was very kind, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. He left our home in better shape than when he walked in and we can’t thank him enough! We hope to have him back for our 1-year follow up.

We started off working with Laura Scott, and she worked hard for us!! Not only did she help us find what we were looking for in our home but helped us get everything that we wanted with great prices, and with such care and gratitude!! Awesome customer service!!

Then we got to work with Tammy Rosenbalm who from ground up on our home has showed nothing but care and cater to our every need and will pick up every call! Whenever we had a question, if she didn’t know the answers she would get in contact with somebody and get right back with us, letting us know what was going on and how it was being handled. This show us great customer service and we loved working with her!!!!

Let’s get to the building part!! Building a home can be really stressful and confusing at times, this process in buying our house was less of that and more of a comfort that everything that we needed and asked for was done and corrected, even after closing.

Adam Perry has done nothing but made sure everything was going the way that things need to go from fixing things that need to be fixed before closing and also things that needed to be done and fixed after closing. He made sure to always come by and check to make sure everything was going good.

We want to thank Valor for having such an amazing staff this experience has been nothing but amazing!!

Shoan came by today for my 10 month inspection. We walked through my home together and inspected everything and everything was fixed and looks perfect. He was amazing and very attentive to even things that I didn't notice. Thank you Shoan!

Jaquez Gaines was our builder, and I could not be more grateful for his work and his professionalism. There were some setbacks in our build, and he really worked some magic to get us into the home of our dreams. He addressed all our concerns with lightning speed and I am so thankful for his kindness and skill. Melissa Davis with Valor was so great to work with. I would say it was a stressful experience because of all that was going on in our life, but the Valor team was really great.

My daughter recently closed on her first home and chose Valor Communities to build. From start to finish, the process was seamless. The on-site agent, Allison, did a fantastic job of keeping her informed of the progress of the home on a weekly basis. Andrew, the community superintendent, was always available for any questions she had during the process and completed a beautiful home. Adam, who conducted her orientation and final walk, was extremely helpful in making sure that she understood the warranty that Valor provides and answered all of her questions. Adam even had a member of the punch team on stand-by during the final walk just in case any of the touch ups were missed. There were a few minor items and Rusty took care of those while she was finishing up her paperwork. 10/10 recommend Valor Communities!

Valor has exceeded my expectations from start to finish of the building process and beyond. Darlene my sales agent worked for almost a month with me getting every detail of what I wanted in my home right including some custom work not normally done by the builder. She always made herself available to answer questions and even sent weekly updates during the building process with pictures. This was great for me because I was not local area and her pictures both reassured me progress was being made and allowed me to ask about possible issues before they became anything more than minor. Finally, the QC representative I worked with, Adam, during my blue tape walk through and the day of closing is nothing short of exceptional. They have started a new process for QC before buyers close on their house that is fantastic. Adam had already corrected almost all the issues from my 3rd party home inspection prior to me arriving for my blue tape walkthrough and was even marking small imperfections I had either missed or not gotten to yet. Even after closing on the house he came back within a week to fix an issue with my sprinkler system that I had not caught during the inspections and fixed it no questions asked. Given the chance to do it all over again knowing what I do now, Valor would still get my business because not only are their homes absolutely beautiful and quality built but more so because of exceptional employees like Darlene and Adam.

Our experience building and buying our first home with Valor in Ashton Springs was nothing short of exceptional. They above and beyond to get us into our house and to make sure that everything was perfect. Allison our sales manager was very responsive to our many, many questions and went out of her way to make sure our move-in was seamless. Sherry, who coordinated our home presentations and final walkthrough, very clearly was there to make sure we were happy and to not just check off boxes for her supervisors. Any and all imperfections that we saw were taken care of expeditiously and professionally. Just plain exceptional service. 5/5

Shoan was fantastic helping me today and as expected his service is excellent. He reminds me why I chose to buy my home from Valor. I saw many homes but none compared to the quality of workmanship, products, and integrity in building these Valor homes. I would buy from them again and know that my home is built to last and will be my forever home. Thanks Shoan, you are a treasure.

The main reason this review gets 5 stars is because of Joey Brennan. We had some issues during walkthrough that the QC manager and builder did not completely take care of. Joey stepped in and made sure it was taken care of and we were pleased with how he took ownership and got results.
2 month edit: Joel from the 2-10 warranty check in did a great job handling my reported issues. All of the items were addressed promptly. The builder Damien has done a great job following up and checking in on the homeowners after closing.

My husband and I never expected to build a house, but then fell in love with a Valor floor plan. From the beginning, we looked at the spec homes and realized they weren’t the ones for us and were put in contact with Jennifer who was absolutely amazing. She walked us through the different floor plans and once we picked one she helped us with any upgrades we wanted. Throughout the build she gave updates and let us know where we were throughout the process. When it was finally closing time she stayed with us and made sure things went right. Scott, the builder, helped as well when it came to closing details and making sure everything was fixed. Even after we closed, Scott and Jennifer have helped us with anything we needed and checked in to make sure everything was good. If we had to build again we would choose Valor Homes and highly recommend them to anyone looking!

Shoan came in to do our 2 month inspection today and went above and beyond. He helped us correct things that he didn't need to help with and was so friendly and informative. I really appreciated his help and knew he was trustworthy and honest in helping us with our home.

Joel Sapp & crew came by today to paint & touch up my home. They did a beyond excellent job. Most definitely highly recommended. Thank you so much. This is beyond satisfactory.

Shoan was a great help. He made sure all the requests I needed taken care of were addressed and resolved and also took care of extra things that were not on the request sheet. He took time out to talk with me and make sure I was satisfied with everything after things were fixed. Highly pleased with the service I received and the care it was given with.

Adam Workman was great with explaining my home warranty. He took his time explaining all the details. He even pointed out things for my family during the HOP. Gave me security with the purchase of our new home. Valor homes is alright with me!!!!! Most important is that we have comfort and peace of mind with our purchase!!!
