Madison Landing

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff and grounds members of Madison Landing. Over a year ago, my life was incredibly turbulent. I was dealing with a myriad of personal challenges, significant relationship changes, a job relocation, and an overwhelming feeling of doubt that I might have to pack up and move back home.

During this tumultuous period, Madison Landing became more than just a place to live—it became a sanctuary. Michael, Alexis, and the rest of the staff made this place not only affordable but also a community we could trust. They have consistently demonstrated kindness and accommodation in response to my partner's and my situations, making a significant difference in our lives.

The facilities at Madison Landing are meticulously maintained, and the amenities are top-notch, especially after recent renovations. The cleanliness and quality of the facilities contribute greatly to the comfort and enjoyment of living here.

Madison Landing is a charming, older community nestled amidst a tremendous amount of old-growth forest. It stands out as one of the last few places with such natural beauty between here and Monte Sano Mountain. The serene environment and the lush greenery have been a constant source of peace and joy.

I don't know how much longer we will stay, but the warmth and charm of this place, which has been our home for a year, will always hold a special place in our hearts.

I cannot recommend Madison Landing enough—12/10 would recommend. The entire staff deserves recognition and a raise for their exceptional work and dedication. They truly deserve it in 2024!

Phenomenal apartment complex! Recently moved up from Birmingham to Huntsville and toured around 15 different complexes and it was without question for us to choose Madison Landing! Mahogani helped us to tour the complex and got us ready to go on our big moving day. We can’t wait to explore all the awesome amenities that Madison landing has to offer! All the other leasing professionals have been nothing but amazing to us as well and we are very excited for this new journey of ours.

These apartments are really nice. The neighborhood is quiet and clean as well as a safe environment for kids. The office staff is great. From the moment we walked in the door Ms. Alexis made us feel right at home. There was a crack in the cemet of our upstairs patio and they had it fixed shortly after we moved in now it's like new again and safe for us to enjoy.

I wanted to express my utmost satisfaction with the exceptional service provided by Alexis. Her professionalism and dedication were truly world-class. I was extremely happy and pleasantly surprised by the level of attention and commitment she showed throughout the procesa. Amazing place to live! Safe and clean! We love the amenities! Everyone keeps to themselves! We absolutely love it here! Maintenance is quick and painless, unlike other places I have lived!!

My husband and I just moved in and we could not be happier! All the staff members are highly professional and dedicated to detail like nowhere else we've lived and the complex is wonderfully amazing!

Great people and made it super easy for application and approval. Very nice apartments with plenty of amenities. Also very close to everything in Madison and Huntsville. Nice and quiet place to live.

From start to finish I had a great experience. Mike took my initial application and walked me through one of the 3 bedroom units. They were amazing. I made my request and it was definitely met… but it was Alexis that sealed the deal. She called me and throughly explained more into detail what I had several questions about. You always want to know what you’re truly getting. They both made me feel so welcome. Looking forward to calling here home!!!! The staff is great…

I love living here. I am going on year 3 and this is the 1st that we have done an ice cream social and it is the best living experience. It’s a very quiet community

The biggest thing I love about Madison Landing is the SPACE in my apartment. Very few complexes come close to square footage and price range. A Win Win in today’s economy.

Moved in 6 months ago from out of state, I've had a decent time so far, the apartment in my opinion is a little overpriced for what I got you can tell it was one of the older apartments done with the remodel. Little things but nothing major{Drains, carpet not secured in spots, front door gets stuck, ceiling fan may take off one day not sure}. Office staff can be hard to reach at times but are all super helpful and friendly they've earned my respect. The area's nice though all my neighbors are great so ill give it a solid 4/5.

Edit: 5/5 gets better the longer I stay

Alexis with the leasing office is the definition of amazing. From the very beginning of our moving process, Alexis was patient, understanding, knowledgeable, as well as a constant light during this stressful transition. She has gone above and beyond for us and we are incredibly grateful! The property itself is beautiful and we are thrilled with our new home. The office staff is helpful, courteous, caring, and will always strive to make your time at Madison Landing stress free and accommodating! The maintenance staff is tight-knit, organized, and professional! Madison Landing is pet friendly and has two great dog parks with multiple areas to expose of waste with doggie bags. The location is great being just 6 min. from bridge street & barely past 10 min. to downtown. I’ve never had a problem and been met with anything less than caring attentiveness. Madison Landing for me, is home!

My family and I moved here almost a year ago and we have enjoyed it! Lots of amenities, a working well kept play ground, gorgeous pools and fire pits. Truly we love it. The buildings are older so there's chipped paint, some rotten wood issues, and the occasional pest problem. However, in our experience, maintenance has been timely and resolved our issues. I do get annoyed with the constant borage of emails but if that's the only down side we will take it.
