The Grand Reserve at Madison Apartments

Just turned in my keys after renting for 5 years. Although people in the leasing office have changed out over the years, the current staff seem to be very welcoming and helpful. Jessica and James have been particularly good with their communication and help. Very quiet community, and maintenance was very responsive and prompt when I had issues. The apartment itself is spacious with slightly older appliances if you're in an older unit, but still a great place to live. Huntsville rent increasing everywhere for the last several years is the only downside that was inescapable for the area.

Jessica was the leasing agent that helped me! She was so amazing and so sweet. Talk about a good customer services experience I received. The apartment itself blew me away being so spacious and clean! I have no regrets about moving here whatsoever! VERY PLEASED!!! Thanks Jessica!! I couldn't have asked for a better person to help with moving here.

Loving it here! The new management is great, and love my house. Thank goodness it’s close to work too! (Trust me, if you work close by, it’s worth every penny)

Big shoutout to Alice, James, and maintenance! Our AC unexpectedly went out and the Grand Reserve team quickly corrected the issue (had the issue resolved in less than 6 hours). That's fast! With the summer heat still broiling outside, we're extremely grateful for their timely response. Keep up the good work!

Alice and Jessica are the absolute best!!!! My move-in was smooth and easy. So far living here has been very pleasant. Staff and residents are all so friendly. I’m glad I moved here!

Overall good customer services experience I received. Jessica & James worked so well with me. The apartment itself is so spacious and nice. I have no regrets about moving here.

Apartments are spacious and well kept up. The office manager and staff here are the best I’ve ever had - they are quick to respond, very professional and friendly!

The new management is great there very helpful and patient, they made my experience really good.

My move-in was amazing. the application process was easy. Coming from the west coast the price for what I am getting is mind blowing. The management and maintenance team are very friendly and attentive to my needs. The few things that needed to be addressed where completed quickly. The area is clean, the neighborhood is quiet. I am very pleased. The only thing I would like to see done would be the parking stripes to be repainted. It is a little hard to see at night.

My family and I have been living here for a couple of years now and we’ve generally enjoyed living here. There have been a lot of changes, some good some not good but we have definitely been pleased lately, especially with the the new office manager Alice and the handyman Sean. Alice communicates well and does her best to make sure you have what you need and Sean can fix about anything and has a great attitude. They’re both great and my family and I appreciate how much more organized it is here and well managed. We love the events that are organized for the apartment community like swim parties and $5 pizza Fridays and we look forward to the rest of our stay at the grand reserve madison.

Alice and Kim do a wonderful job of trying to help all of the residents with any issues and are clearly working very hard and going above and beyond to get everything set straight and streamline our and their processes. The complex is beautiful and the amenities are plentiful. My wife and I love the community events and the ability to meet our neighbors at the pool. I would recommend this complex to anyone and wish Alice and Kim the best in making this a better place for us all. Thank you all so much and I hope you hear that often.
Also, the maintenance staff has great response time and do a great job with issues of all sizes .

Very nice. Went in a 3 bedroom and it was absolutely gorgeous!!! Your rent will be expensive but when you see it , it's worth it ..

These apartment buildings are beautifully maintained. The outside is so inviting. The campus is very well kept- and you can see that the employees/renters take pride in it. The lake is so relaxing to walk around. The pool is amazing. And the outside area around the pool is very nice. The gym is well kept, with really nice equipment. The office staff are so friendly and helpful. I would def recommended anyone to at least come take a look for themselves if they are in the market for an apartment. The Grand Reserve just has that HOME feeling!

I've lived at this apartment complex for a little over a year now and through my past experiences, I must say the new management team is AMAZING! The first time I spoke to Mrs. Alice I wasn't feeling well and before any business was discussed, she noticed I didn't sound too good and she asked if I was sick and wished me well which was so considerate and kind. I incurred a rent issue and not only were the ladies incredibly understanding, they also were genuinely trying to help me reach a solution. She and Mrs. Kim cooperated with me to solve the problem and expressed compassion to my issue and they were professionally wonderful. Never once did I get the impression that they are non-personal, and they really do care about giving residents the best experience at this complex. I appreciate them so much!

We love it here great team in the office always nice and helpful.
The grounds always look amazing the ground keeper works really hard. And Service team always is working hard by his self. You will love living at The grand Reserve at Madison. The apartments are huge.

My time at the Grand Reserve was amazing! The management and staff are so helpful and kind. There was never a time I went in there when I wasn't greeted with a smile :) They ensure packages are sorted and secure inside the leasing office. And they treated everyone like family! The apartments are well kept and extremely spacious. The 2BR/2BA unit I lived in was extremely well laid out with bedrooms on opposite sides of the living area that made for quiet Saturday and Sunday mornings, and the walk-in closets are to die for!! The pool area has plenty of seating, tables, covered areas, and outlets. And I always admired the landscaping when returning home. The fitness center is equipped with plenty of free weights and machines for multiple people. The locker rooms and sauna were always clean.

I looked back with sadness as I pulled away for the last time. But I know that if I ever go back to apartment living, the Grand Reserve at Madison will be what I measure all other apartments to.

The management at Grand Reserve are phenomenal. During the year I lived here (Sept. 2018-Sept. 2019) I have not had any issues with them. They are very responsive and always willing to go above and beyond to help the residents. Lisa is fantastic and makes living at the Grand Reserve a true home.

I lived in a 1 BR 1.5 Bath and the floor-plan was very spacious. The pictures online do not do the complex any justice. The neighborhood was fairly quiet, kid-friendly, and offered great amenities (like the pool and gym).

I have lived in this complex for several years and I do have to say that the new office staff and maintenance staff are wonderful and helpful. These apartments are very large for the area and definitely bigger than many others in the area for the cost. The complex has many amenities and a beautiful pond. This is a wonderful place to live.
