Chrystal is amazing. She is talented and knowledgeable. She took the time to truly educate me and help my damaged hair.
Plus she is easy to talk to and I left feeling so thankful she was here to rescue my wavy hair.

Got a referral from a stranger because I really wanted to have my short natural hair cut by someone who understood how to give me a beautiful feminine cut without harsh lines. I called and was greeted warmly by the stylist who scheduled me. Tonia listened attentively to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I needed. She even took the time to explain what she was doing while she was doing it. I absolutely LOVE my cut. My face is framed perfectly and I scheduled my next appointment before I left. My hair is so easy to style and I couldn't be happier. It's Fabulous did not disappoint.

Jenise is very talented! I came indecisive about what I wanted. She asked if I had any pictures, and I showed her a few I saved on Pinterest. I couldn't decide between two colors, she suggested we do both. I was very satisfied with the results! Honestly, I was expecting, and bracing myself, for attitude or annoyance because of my inability to choose (considering it was an appt), but Jenise was very understanding and patient. It takes tremendous talent for someone to briefly look at a picture and bring it to life. If you're looking for someone that specializes in nontraditional, fun hair color, Jenise is the person you want to see.

We tried out It's Fabulous on our summer trip because my daughter desperately needed a trim. She has a slanted bob style cut. I did some research and ran across It's Fabulous. I found the reviews to be mostly positive especially regarding Crystal. I showed her a previous picture from when my daughter had just gotten her haircut at home. I can't express enough how thankful and happy I am with Crystal's work. She did a wonderful job on my daughter's hair and we will definitely be back the next time we come to Madison. :)

A very professional, friendly & laid back atmosphere! Everytime I come in Crystal is ready to do my hair! She doesn't like to have her clients waiting & I love that! At most salons you wait 30 mins or more just to get in the chair! She is very creative when it comes to hair! Sometimes I don't know what I want & tell her she can do whatever she wants to my hair & it always turns out looking fabulous!
