Jackson came to our home for an annual service call to check the pumps, change the filter in the dehumidifier and ensure that our crawl space is in good order. Jackson found an area on the east side crawl space where water was getting in and he drilled and foamed the entry so there will be no more water coming in the East side. On the Northwest crawl space opening where the Dehumidifier and a 2nd sump pump is located, Jackson found the pump to not be working. He had to come back a 2nd time because he didn't have the spare pump on his first visit. Today, 3/10/2023 Jackson returned and installed the new pump. Jackson is a consummate professional. Smart, extremely talented and sure willing to go the extra mile.

So hat's off to Jackson and his 5-STAR performance.

We had a huge job done in our basement, let me tell you, these workers were fantastic!!! Very professional, pleasant to be around. Just all around nice guys!! Then we had a couple small problems come up, Frank got right on it. Sent a worker out by the name of Jackson and he was also amazing!! I wish I knew all the guys names cause I’d give everyone on my job a shout out!! Thank you gentlemen for a job well done!!

Jackson, an OX tech, arrived on time as scheduled, was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He inspected our Crawlspace and performed chemical cleaning of a small area subfloor mold. He also performed dehumidifier maintenance. OX encapsulated our Crawlspace several years ago at a very reasonable cost and I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring that service.

Jackson came out to perform our semi annual inspection. He was professional, responsive and provided good feedback regarding the work that had been performed on our home. Ox is a great company to do business with.

Jackson came today for the routine maintenance of the dehumidifier in our crawl space. He arrived on-time and was very professional. He also fixed the issue I had with the drain line of the dehumidifier and rerouted it so it doesn’t get pinched under the crawl space door.
