Hamilton Glass Company

I’m new to the area so I Googled and found this company. I’m glad I did because my project came out perfect! I needed replacement shelves for my hutch and was thankful they were able to help with my smaller project. The staff were friendly and helpful and I appreciated their recommendations. Would recommend and will use them again for future needs!

I had three energy-efficient, gas-filled windows fail 25 years after installation (Two side windows of a bay window in the dining room and one flat window in the kitchen). Not only would matching style and color be difficult, but the cost of new windows has gone through the roof. Just prior to the start of our kitchen remodel, I asked my contractor about replacing the windows and he suggested I call Hamilton Glass and get them repaired. Previously I had searched the internet many times for a company that did such repairs and always came up empty handed. I was excited.
I called Hamilton Glass and made an appointment for measurements and the technician who came out said I would be contacted the following week with a price for the repair. I received that call the following week, was surprised with the reasonable, fair quote, and when told I would need to pay at least half of the amount up front to get the glass ordered, I felt they were trustworthy enough to pay the entire amount upfront.
When the glass came in, they called to schedule the repair. Prior to that appointment, they called to tell me that an earlier appointment had opened up, and I was happy to grab it. On the day of the repair, the technician texted me to say he had a cancellation and asked if it would be okay to come an hour earlier. Again I was happy to say yes. The repairs only took about an hour for all three windows.
My experience with this company has only positives. They are professional, courteous, timely, and their pricing is fair. At a time when the cost of everything has skyrocketed, customer service is almost nonexistent, and you never know what to expect when you book an appointment, Hamilton Glass was a breath of very fresh air. I thank them for the experience and a job well done.

Doing a bath restoration and contacted Hamilton Glass Company to measure and suggest shower glass. Appointment was scheduled timely. Measurements done, order placed now we just had to wait! It's here, glass is installed!! Beautiful, what a difference from the cave brown the builder used. Shout out to Lucas for his outstanding work from start to finish. Lucas and his team (Damien and Dillon) were nothing short of polite, respectful, always arrived when we were told of the times for measuring and installing , and amazing attention to detail when installing. These gentlemen provided picture suggestions when measuring and used precision materials and tools when installing the glass. We will continue to use HGC , we have had nothing but great service from their group

I recently used Hamilton Glass to replace a piece of tempered glass that the seal had gone bad. Wendy in the office was very nice and accommodating to my work schedule.
Lucas and his team did an excellent job in replacing this glass. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

I used Hamilton Glass for my renovated bathroom shower walls and door. They were very responsive and the product looks amazing! I love how they told me to use RainX on the doors so the water beads up and I don't have water stains. GAME CHANGER!!

Took two weeks to get my window. Very nice work! They even replaced something that the window was missing.

My wife and I had been looking for a frameless shower door unit to remodel our master bathroom remodel. Hamilton Glass had exactly what we were looking for and got the installation done at an incredible pace. The field measuring they did assured a perfect fit of the door. The installers knew what they were doing. The performance of the door has been outstanding.. No leaks and it looks great. Totally impressed with this company!!

I visited this place for the first time for a glass cutting project. The receptionist, Wendy, was truly delightful. She was very k professional. She had a very upbeat personality and addressed all my concerns. Wendy was great. However, one of the employees that had an office directly behind her area (did not get his name) was extremely rude and gave us a rolled eye and shut his office door without saying a word. It was because of Wendy that we decided to continue with this company. Otherwise, we would have walked out. Thank you, Wendy.

Outstanding service and fair prices. We have used Hamilton Glass for inserts for cabinets, front doors and several glass pieces for furniture (two of which had several round edges which were cut out of my template). Very professional and timely. highly recommend.

This is the second time that we have purchased custom glass for some of our furniture and yet again, they have NOT let us down! Hands down...This is the place to go if you need glass and even to their recommendation of bringing up the piece of furniture to ensure accurate measurements made it even better and easier to guarantee no issues! Superior work and customer service. Regina and Randy were not only helpful and knowledgeable for our project they were prompt and patient. We had a very large and technical install of 400sq feet of mirror for a dance studio and they did an exceptional job. Thank you!

Called and set up appointment, Randy came to measure in timely manner. Very professionally and friendly. Order was placed and given approximate time when we could expect installation. Again time framed was as scheduled. Randy and Lucas came to install. Both are very professional, friendly, and explained what they did and instruction time to wait before using after applying the sealer.

Broke the glass on my clock when changing time. Dropped off on Wednesday afternoon picked up Monday morning. They even put the glass in the clock.

Had to replace a piece of glass in a garage door and never realized how complicated it could be. Randy came over and did a great job. However, due to my error, the glass broke and I called them immediately. I figured it would take a few days for them to respond because this time I requested tempered glass. They were back to my place in the early afternoon thanks again to Randy's help. Everyone I spoke to was courteous, professional and exceeded my expectations in every regard. Use these folks. You won't be disappointed.

Perfect, on a complicated cut. Google claims this review offered a picture option, if it loads the picture shows one angle of 6 they cut on 1/4" glass, polished, and tempered for our fireplace mantel. They weren't my first choice because of price, but they were the only shop to complete the project without any problems.

This is for HGC in Murfreesboro, TN. I removed some mirrors from my bathrooms that were "cemented" to the walls. I wanted to reuse one mirror and install it in a frame so I called HGC and for a reasonable price they cut the mirror down to the frame I had for it in a couple of days. The mirror looks great in the frame and they did an excellent job! Great customer service, quality work, and a reasonable price.

The guys were very professional and knowledgeable.
The arrived when I was scheduled.
They did a great job on my shower.
